I saw this site once talking about all the neat things to do on the Boardwalk but that it was only from Thursday to Sunday. We will be having dinner at Spoodles on a Tuesday....is there any thing else to do than on that night? Buskers? Face painters? We are with kids so I'm not talking about a bar just big kid things.

We have been there on every night of the week, and there is always activities. My kids love to get ice cream at Seashore Sweets. My husband loves to go to the ESPN club and watch the TVs outside, go in the shop etc. We like to just walk around it. There is usually some sort of "comedian" walking around, or musician. We also have eaten, gotten ice cream and then walked to Epcot via the back entrance, and watched Illuminations. It is an easy exit from Illumination when it is over, and at that time the Boardwalk is really active. Have fun!

We too have been on the Boardwalk on all nights. From the piano bike to the Russian cowgirl, you and the kids will not be disappointed. ESPN has an arcade (although I heard they are closing the one at BW and relocating to DTD, just rumor). The resorts arcade is just off the Boardwalk, by the pool. There are also a few carnivel type games, whack the frog, basketball, and squirt water in the clowns mouth.

You can walk over to the bridge that crosses behind Atlantic Dance to the Yacht Club and watch Illuminations from there, it's really kind of neat, if you don't want to go into Epcot. You will also be able see Wishes from the BW if you stand by Seahore Sweets and look towards the north.:dance3:

When we stayed at the BWI our family enjoyed coming back after a day at the parks to see the traveling piano player and the juggler. The schedule was nightly from 6:30pm - 10:00pm (but it was hit or miss on which entertainer was out their on a week night). We would also go get some hot chocolate and sweets at the candy store right on the broadwalk. It is by far one of our favorite resorts! :)

Just an FYI if you call the ESPN retaurant at the BW with the dates you would be there they can give you the entertainers schedule for that week.

That's a neat idea! I would hate to have to use a day pass though to see Illuminations. Can you see Illuminations from the path way from Boardwalk to Epcot?

Great! And now I see the answer to my last question I just asked...thanks!

We have always gone on a day when we were already in the park, after a break, so we didn't waste a pass- I agree with you, it wouldn't be worth it. The path is very pretty and winds around the Beach Club. As you go over the water you may be able to see somethings like lasers or lights, but there are a LOT of trees. You certainly can hear it from the path. It is a nice walk and is a great way to see Illuminations.

you can see it from there also, but for some reason the trees block up the view, looking thru leaves. However, you can walk down the path towards the International Gateway entrance and get a good view by the boat launch, also you will be able to hear the music/monolog.

sit ,,,relax,,enjoy the shows..and just take in the mood...thats it...its quiet tiime
