Well I got back from DLP yesterday and had a fab time. I am absolutely shattered though as we were on the go for 12 hours a day!
My girls are 10 and 6. We went to see "Honey I shrunk the Audience" and my girls came out completely traumatised!!!
I think it was too realistic for them. My 6 year old climbed on my lap and hid, but most surprising was my 10 year old. She totally freaked out when the cat/tiger head leapt out of the screen and burst into tears and closed her eyes.
Another ride my 10 year old hated was Phanton Manor, even though I talked to her all the way through it saying how corny it was! Yet my 6 year old thought it was fine.
I braved Crushs coaster and must admit to being absolutely terrified all the way round. I have never been so relieved to see daylight near the end of the ride!!! lol
How about you? What freaked your kids out that you weren't expecting?
