Things open in parks after close?

I believe that the shops on Main Street are open for an extra hour after park close. Are any shops/restaurants open in other parks after closing?

Same situation in all parks regarding the "main" gift shop.

Example: MouseGear in Epcot's Future World says open for about an hour following "closing time.".
