Hi! Here is a list of things you will NOT want to forget. (Please feel free to suggest what I have forgotten)

Addresses and Stamps: Make sure you send postcards home as early as possible so they get there before you head home!

Large Beach Towels: Bring these for the water parks.

Small Flashlight: Bring one that fits on your key ring or that can be hooked to your fanny pack. They help when finding your way back to your room and reading maps on dark rides.

Needle and Thread

Poncho

Lip Balm/Sunscreen

Copy of all Travel Info

Water Bottles

Disposable Wipes

2 Shirts per day, 2 pairs of socks per day, and plenty of under clothes (You WILL Sweat!)

Water Shoes: For the water parks and the walks back and forth to the pool. The Florida ground will be hot.

Film/Video Tape

Snacks

If you take precription medicine, pack extra pills. I usually take what we need for the day with us, but if you lose them, be sure to have extras back at the room.

Lots of desposible ponchos.

Wet ponchos are a mess to dry and carry again. It rain on us three times!!

the third down pour was unexpected and caught us without ponchos[they were in the room drying] so we paid $18.00 for 3 of disney's Poncho's. Then I gave them away on our last day,cuz we had no room to pack them!!!

Oh! I almost forgot! Pack an extra bag! Last trip we packed an empty giant duffle bag for our dirty clothes. That freed up our big suitcase for souveniers... we still had to stop at Walmart on the way to the airport and get another suitcase! We always underestimate how much we will buy!

Don't forget some zip-loc baggies (large) and cheap white washclothes. Put ice in baggies and some washcloths keep cool and wipe sticky fingers. Also use baggies to keep things dry when on water rides!

I always throw in a small bottle of liquid dish soap. We searched high and low at disney when our then 15 mo DS was still using bottles and I had no way to clean them. It comes in handy to wash out your water bottles and soda refill cups.

Pepto Bismol and Immodium
With all of the great food there is to eat in WDW your stomach may get a little messed up. Especially if you are not used to eating out 3 meals a day for several days

Also:
stainstick..so those spots will come out
extra pair of glasses or contacts
benedryl or anihistime for allergic reactions...
when my ds was small he sometimes had a reaction to the sun and would turn blotchy red on his arms with some swelling and itching. Benedryl was a big relief for him.

We always bring a water spray bottle (we now have one with a fan) to keep cool. Just spray the kids or yourself when it's very hot. One year we went and Jiminy Cricket spotted it when we were watching the parade. He borrowed it to spray the other characters then returned it. The kids thought it was sooo funny. Also, when our toddler fell asleep in the stroller, DH rigged the bottle to stay on the stroller and turned the fan on to keep him cool. I thought it was a brilliant idea!!

Lysol. I know Disney's clean, but still...

Pillow case for the dirty laundry. You can fit more in there than a duffle bag and put off laundry longer. :D

These are all terrific ideas. I didn't ask the question, but I'm sure glad it was asked. I'll have to look at this again when it's a little closer to trip time. :D

Just hangin' around waitin' to go see the Mouse

Downey Wrinkle Release

Im a big fan of no ironing and this stuff is great. Just spray on clothes, smooth out and they look good as new in 5 minutes. Great for clothes that look like they just came out of a suitcase!!!

8 more days

Don't forget a pack of gum for the plane ride home.

We always remember to buy some for the plane trip to Orlando, but always forget some for the plane trip home and you won't find any at DW or at the Orlando airport.
