Some things I noticed on our last cruise in November of 24.
No navigator but on the phone. I don’t go on vacation to be looking at my phone all day😳 should be able to get one as a option.

No welcome show in the theater
No invite to palo in my Fish Finder
No water offered to us at lunch the first day
No fancy drinks the first day
No trading cards
No pin trading times
No mile walk pin handouts

I,am sure there is more Thoughts ! Comment!

You can request paper navigators at guest services.

They still try to sell water packages the first day at lunch.

Use to be captains reception for castaway gold and up for 7 night stays and up ...now it is 8.

After pirate show buffet. Even though we were still stuffed from dinner they had the most delicious
chocolate strawberries.

They use to have these big pretzels with cream cheese inside on pool deck. Been years since I have
seen them.

You should move the thread to the main cruise board...as this is the trip reports forum

I recently sailed on the Disney Fantasy (March 2025) and it has been nearly 10 years since I last cruised with Disney and I was surprised at the changes. The most shocking change to me was that DCL no longer offers dinner at Cabanas buffet. I was also surprised that they no longer have an art gallery store which was replaced by another jewelry store. Several other changes I noticed have to deal with changes from DVC member services on the ship.

I miss the option of the buffet for dinner, and yes there used to be character breakfast.

It's my understanding that Cabana's used to be open for dinner, but it was not a buffet. I thought it was a sit-down, table-service meal but with an assorted menu similar to the MDRs.
