They SWITCHED my Photo Pass!!!!

Well we had a great vacation for my daughter's 3rd B-Day. Wanted to make sure we documented the whole vaction so planned on getting a photo pass CD from the beginning. Well......just came home and input the codes to order my CD and what do you know......NOT MY KIDS. Apparently one of the photo takers juggled up our photo pass with someone else so 4 1/2 days of our vacation are missing.
We called and left a msg for the photo pass people yesturday morning but no one has called us back. Any thoughts? Will they be able to track down our photos???

They have helped people in the past track down missing pictures. I think there is an area in the Photopass website too, to report missing pictures.

As an FYI for the future, this is why as soon as we get a photopass card, we take a picture of the numbers on the back with our personal camera, so if the card goes missing at some point, we can still access our pictures.

Give them a bit of time to call you back. Right now their website is having massive problems and they are updating it; they are very likely absolutely inundated with calls.

Your problem is real, and I'm not saying it's nothing...just know that they are very likely VERY busy right now, so don't think they are ignoring you.

That said, you can contact them by email, where you can lay out the whole situation for them. Dates you were there, key pictures, descriptions. If you used more than one photopass card, give them the number of the one that has your pictures, so they can see your family. Etc.

When I had an issue with photopass, I emailed, and even though it took a few days of back and forth emails, the problem I had was cleared up a day before someone else with the same issue had her problem cleared up, and she was calling (and playing phone tag). I like email because all the info is in there, a nice little trail, unlike with phone calls where you have to start from the beginning each time.

There is a form on the website which you can fill out with all sorts of hints that give them a way to track down your pictures. Best is if you can give them sites that you remember that you did a picture and at what time. This happened to me and I found it easiest to think of the first PhotoPass picture that we did on entering the park because I could usually reconstruct what time that was and where we stopped. They only need to find one picture of you and then they have the number of the card. Also, tell them if you had more than one card.
I lost my cards and I hadn't recorded their number (or taken a picture of the back of the card). It was a tense time but we got all the pictures back

We didn't get many pictures taken, but we had one of Cullen fighting captain Hook and they gave us a picture of someone elses child, I just filled in the form with the details and they located our picture and loaded it on. They can to do it. I suspect they will get back to you as soon as they can.

Give them as much info as you can remember. Like clothes your kids were wearing on what day.
I had pictures missing.WEnt back to my video of theday and todl them exactly everything they had on time of day.they found 20 pictures that were missing.

If you have the other family's card, you can give them that # so they can see the time of the last photo-- the likely time/location your cards were mixed up.

It's pretty amazing that they can help people track down photos! We lost a card while there and they helped us out at one of the stores.
