I have been reading all these post on sea sickness, i feel stupid by what i am about to ask but can or how can a person know if they might be proned to sea sickness, is there a way to tell, some suggest taking pills a couple of days before your cruise and i would hate to miss out on my cruise because i would be sea sick is there any indicators

I end up in a dazed fog for hours and really don't enjoy the experience. Then I discovered "Seabands" on our second cruise.
