They might actually be listening -- a little:)

Maybe this has been discussed and I've missed it, but I was very happy with it so I'm sharing my experience. I am a glass half full type of person, I like to focus on the positive. I was at WDW 2/19-2/25 and luckily I did not have any issues with MBs, and only a few small glitches (still irritating) with MDE in the parks, all related to make FP changes. I have hated the interface for changing FP+ times. It seemed very time consuming and not nearly as easy as it could be.

BUT, I just went to the website to change all my April Epcot FPS for a day because we added a Teppan Edo lunch and needed to switch some times.

The process has changed in the last week since I last made changes to my MK Fps. It was actually simple, and I changed all three in less than a minute:cool1:, and got the exact times I wanted:banana:. You just select change experience time, and a drop-down box comes available with all available times for the attraction you are choosing.

So, while I know others have many complaints, and have had problems I've been fortunate not to experience, one of the main complaints I voiced has actually been rectified.

My point is, keep speaking up and giving suggestions. This was the exact suggestion for how changes should be done that I saw someone else discuss on this board earlier, and thats what was there.

I’m not a glass half full or half empty type, but more of a - what happened to the other half type.:rolleyes1 Thanks for passing along some positive news about FP+.

Thank you! I had one FP on our arrival day that I couldn't get at a good time no matter what I did and I finally made it work! I like this way so much better. Even if it isn't really EVERY time, it's so much more flexible and easy to use.

It's sounding hopeful. Thanks for the report. This is certainly a step in the right direction. Let's hope it sets the tone for things to come!

Hmmm...this has me wondering if I would be able to use my toddler's magic band to get a couple extra fastpasses on the day of...since his will not be linked to any ticket (since he doesn't need one because of his age) would his band work to get fastpasses at the kiosks? Any thoughts on this?

You can only get fp's for the number of days on your park ticket -- if he doesn't have a ticket, he has no fp's that can be booked. You can either take him with you on a ride or use baby swap if it's something he can't ride.

And if you are able to book fp's for him, I'd venture that's just a glitch and they aren't going to work.

From what I understand - and someone PLEASE jump in here if I'm wrong, toddlers who are young enough that they don't need a ticket also don't need a FP+. They can just go on with their parents. So I don't think it would work if his MagicBand doesn't have ticket media attached.
