They lost me on the DDP!

I just got back Friday from 1 day at the parks and 1 day of DDP. Well, we had our nice table service meal at Le Cellier on Thursday but the very next day (our departing day) they tried to swipe our cards when we were using them for a snack and nothing came up. I asked what we should do and they said they didn't know.


That morning, before checking out of SSR (great resort!) I called the front desk to make sure I would be able to use my credits even though we weren't going to the parks. They tried looking me up in the computer but said I wasn't there! I gave them my confirmation #, last name, etc, but they couldn't find me. I didn't think it was a big deal at the time but it ended up being one because I didn't get my credits.

I was going to go to guest services (in DD) but we just didn't have the time.

Who should I call to explain/complain that there was a problem with our DDP?
 
Did you eat your Counter service meal? Your card is suppose to be good until Midnight of the day you check out.
 
When this happens, you need to contact Guest Services at the hotel your reservation was for.

Was planning on sandwiches at Earl but again it didn't work. Not really sure what they can do about it after the fact but I do want them to know for future reference.
