Ok, so I have a trip planned for March 20-24 and just got called by our airline (USA 3000) and was told they are cancelling the flight. They said they like to have at least half the flight booked by now, but only have 7 seats booked. My group has 6 of those seats.
So, now I'm forced to start looking for other flights (Newark, NJ to Orlando). The bummer thing is we had a great rate for that flight ($400 for 3 tickets). Everything I have seen today has been about $200 more for our family's 3 tickets.
Should I just get the cheapest flights I can now ($576 for 3 tickets on Continental) OR should I wait and hope prices might come down?
Also, what about moving the trip to Feb 12-17? How are the crowds and weather at that time?
