They Have invaded my HOUSE!!!!

Somebody help me!!! 12 12 year old girls have invaded my house!! There is music blaring by a band I have never heard of!! They have put away 5 pizzas, 2 lbs of M&M's, Doritos, corn chips, cheese doodles and 2 cases of lemonade!!!! They have played "truth or dare", "piggly wiggly", and musical sleeping bags! I have now informed them that it is movie time and they are (finally) quieting down to watch "Miss Congeniality". There are M&M's melting in their sleeping bags as we speak and I have FORBIDDEN anyone to put one toe outside until the sun rises! Did I happen to mention I am having a blast?!? Aren't kids great? So who wants to guess what time I will actually fall asleep tonight? Coffee anybody?

So what are your boys doing now? Hopefully my girls are getting the awesome message of "Miss Congeniality"...and enjoying it too! I forgot to tell you guys that I broke my toe today! I was standing on a chair on tiptoes taping balloons to the ceilng and the chair flew out from under me and I went flying! I told dd she had better REALLY love those balloons. Must be time for more Motrin...my whole leg is starting to throb again. And YES...I would like a little cheese with my whine. Have fun Zurgy!!!

Dream & Zurg-I hope you both got some sleep!
12 year old girls are very loud . They are capable of giggling all night, I speak from experience. 10 year old boys can be loud too, but they seem to tire out & fall asleep quicker than the girls. My DS13 & his friends usually play a lot of video games, watch movies & eat. My DD13 and her friends, on the other hand, are up giggling and talking about boys for hours & hours! Those "truth or dare" games can go on forever!

Isn't is a blast to have them all running around your house!?!?! Hope the kids all had a great time!
