However, more telling than a "law enforcement officer close to the case" is the ACTIONS of the FBI and police. They appear to be in NO HURRY to impound, remove, or even search the blue Chevy Caprice. That, to me, indicates that they feel that they have the shooter in custody. Otherwise, they would be moving much more quickly, before anyone else gets shot.
