Is it typical that you cannot even get through to Disney Cruise line on the pre-sale days, no matter actually get put in a queue? Been trying since 8 and all I get is a busy signal. At least put me in a queue of some sort so I can stop redialing.

It took me 5 tries but I got through and now on a 30+ min wait.

Yes. There are only a limited number of circuits.

So I am at 45 minutes of trying to get through and about 500 redials....sigh

Yes but after pressing that button for about 700 times so far it is getting a bit irritating.

Same here over 50 call to a busy signal for nearly an hour now.

I got through yesterday (sorry, Gold) around noon and the agent said it hadn't been that bad on Gold Day. She did say that Silver Day and general day were insane. Keep trying! Even the TAs have to wait.

Just wish I could get in a wait queue, even if it was hours long. I could then do something else while waiting rather than redialing. Ugh!

So 2 hours of constant redialing and still not connected to even get in a queue. Think I am going to give this a break. Maybe try later around noon, as this is just making me mad.

2 1/2 hours of constant redialing, and still nothing but busy signals. I’m right here with ya. Very frustrating. I would be fine with waiting on hold for as long as it takes, but not even being able to get in line is the pits.

I called last night and got right through. Wait until this afternoon or evening and save yourself the headache.

Finally got a connection - 4 hours of dialing. Now let's see how long the wait is to actually talk to someone.
