Shan-Yu! So, that's who that was. I saw him in 2004 and had no idea. Thank you!

also in 2004 a bus driver told me Boo was not out and about at MGM but was helping Lilo with the Stich ride at MK. It was a cute theory anyway.

I remember parking at mgm last year or the year before and the green army men were all there directing traffic and the one who actually talks was yelling orders at them. It was pretty funny.
