They didn't change extra coffee and such right?

Someone I am going with read info that extra coffee or towels are now charged. I know we don't get housekeeping but if you run out of coffee are they charging or is it like always?

Since cash guests always got those items for free, making them free for DVC points guests (i.e., covering the cost via members’ dues) makes it easier for Housekeeping. No need for them to have to figure out which villas are cash and which are points, they can simply fill requests.

We have always asked Housekeeping for things as we run out. Coffee,towels,shampoo .Never have been charged for anything.

Us too, even when it said we would be charged...and I was prepared for it. I bet this is why they decided to amend the costs via dues to make these things free when staying at the resort...just easier for housekeeping and honestly, for DVC owners as well!!!

We've never been charged for replenishment. Don't know why but it's never happened.

We always called Housekeeping to get more coffee, towels, and amentities. They were pretty gracious with it even before they removed the charge.
