These attractions/rides and a 17-month-old. What do you think?

Oh, and you know what all my kids LOVE, the people mover in tomorroland (or is it the tomorrowland transit authority now??). We would ride that over and over, and over, we rode it 7 times once without getting off, they love that ride!
My kids rode everything without a height restriction, and really did not have any fear of any of them. They got a little nervous in norway on the troll ride when you go backwards, but after the first time we also did that over and over and over too. (they also love figment, but at the end when that big burst of air comes, it always freaks them out a tad, now they are prepared, but the first time even I screamed!)
have fun

That's another one I was wondering about too, the Malestrom. I love it and would like to go on it with my DW and both DS'. So I'm hoping it won't be too much for DS1.

Thanks again everyone

Unless it was one of the major coasters or requireda seat belt my 17mo old and friends 3mo old rode everything at all parks.

I personally advise not doing the safari ride. It does not required seat belts and is driven by the CM so it varies. We had 1 ride w/ my 17mo old on my lap that they hit so many pot holes so fast he went flying forward and hit one of the padded bars.

I personally think small children should not be allowed on this ride since it cannot be controlled and belts should be required for them.

He looked more puzzled at Haunted MAnsion but we just kept saying "look at those silly guys..they're try to scare us" anf then tickle him. He loved it.

Now at age 4 we talked him into it and he did not object during but he said afterward he did not ever need to ride that again!

We took our 20 mth old son and he was fine with buzz. Didn't do HM. (not our thing thats all.) POTC was interesting as he started signing pirate and scary as soon as we got on the boat - he did cling to us during the ride but was ok after although he still says the ride is scary (and then he says it's still fun!) when we talk about it now. It helped us knowing how he felt - so if you can teach your child some basic sign language it'll make it easier to manage and talk through.

When my kids were very little, they would ride the People Mover with their hands up in the air (like you do in a roller coaster). It was the funniest thing!!! That was as adventurous as my kids would get...lol.
