I agree, you do need a get-away. Hmm. . . downtown is probably about 15-20 minutes from the airport. I think. Never really made the trip. What do you think RF?

That sounds about right, maybe 30-40 minutes. During Rush hour and on the weekends... 50 or 60 minutes. The distance isn't bad, but the parkway is annoying and takes forever sometimes... It's kind of a crap shoot.

I know somebody super fun and awesome that could come and pick you up...

Nervous energy has me up WAYYYYYY to early today.

One more day- lawyers today to hand over some big cheques, and my parents come this afternoon, and today is the last day of school so I'll be driving the kids in instead of them taking the bus. I want to give the teachers their gifts, say thank you and some goodbyes as well.

The kids were in the house last night and liked it a lot...as much as a 4 year old and 7 year old can. Of course it also comes with some confusion and nervousness that I know most kids would get. With it being the last day of school and saying goodbye to their friends Ethan said his tummy hurt a bit this morning. I know he's not sick...just nervous of sadness and excitement... and his mom knows how he feels.

Anyways - I need to spend some time looking around for a good price on a flight. Finding a hotel is easy - lots of good deals out there. Haven't talked to my wife about it yet -I keep forgetting.
