There's Still Magic, I Know It

What are some examples of magic you've still encountered in the WDW parks? Whether it was a kind cast member, a spur of the moment adventure, or a moment of true enchantment, please share here! I love hearing the stories, and I'm sure everyone else on this thread would too! There's so many negatives surrounding the company right now, it'd be nice to hear some positives for once.

Check the various DVC rental sites for renting points. David's DVC advertises here but there are other and all the prices are essentially the same. You can price it out yourself. I think only the Grand Californian has DVC. The only advantage of staying in a Disney hotel is early park entry. There are a lot of much less expensive hotels right next to (you can walk) Disneyland. Take a look on google maps. Even the DL website lists these as "good neighbor" hotels.

If you are going to visit other parts of the LA area then I would find a closer hotel. Anaheim is pretty far out. I would recommend Universal (great tram tour) or Warner Bothers Studios.

Time of year? July-September can get pretty hot out there, inland from the beaches. Some places easily go past 100 degrees.

And, by the way, there is separate Disneyland forum on this site where you will get more responses.

There is also a whole DVC section here on the DIS where you should do your research and ask your DVC question rather than here on the Theme Parks forum

Just as an FYI, To clear up reader confusion (myself included), The OP TOTALLY changed his opening post at 9:18 this AM, after receiving the above 2 replies to the original content of the thread he started.
Very strange behavior.

Boy I'll say. The original was about Disneyland. Does "old lady" have a new handle?

To clear up reader confusion  my original post was in fact about Disneyland and DVC. I simply took the advice, and was going to do my own research on the boards before I posted anything else. I tend to jump the gun asking questions, forget the forums aren't human Google, and always come off awkwardly through text anyway. It's no one's fault but mine.

I tried to delete the post, buttttt legitimately couldn't figure it out, so I changed the post to at least something relevant in this section of the forums (I only had my phone all day at work). I could give a flying fart if anyone looks at this, so I'm sorry for the confusion, I'd be happy to get rid of it if needed! :teeth:

Thanks DISers!

Social media in any form - this included - attracts negativity. We have experienced a handful of bad things at Disney, but countless magical moments. It's all about what you choose to focus on.
