I couldn't sleep any longer, i was much too excited to see these girls...

See... The clock says 1:58am... I was up much too early coffee in hand!

My flight left msp at 6:10am... It was a perfect flight... Smooth and quick... Just how i like it.

I tried really hard not to look creepy taking this photo at Midway... I really dont think I succeeded. Lol

Mo scared the crap out of me shortly after taking that photo...

I also have to add... I've been working very hard this last year perfecting my selfie skills... I think I've really improved.

Now... On with the show!

I'm so glad you have confirmed that it's a good thing to leave your children in the care of your husband (it's starting to freak me out, the idea of leaving DD). If you can enjoy time away from those three cuties, then I can enjoy time away from my one cutie!

We live close enough to Midway to take the side streets, too. As long as we can beat the freight train that comes through at 4:25am, we are golden. We love the 6am SWA flight out of Midway, but waking up is hard to do.

i live extremely close to this bridge and the lake.

We flew over the Lake Calumet area on our April trip. I bet we flew over your house. We have flown over our house when flying to Denver. I love looking for familiar landmarks.

I also have to add... I've been working very hard this last year perfecting my selfie skills... I think I've really improved.

I like the first one of you and Mo. You take good selfies. I don't even try. I can't relax enough to get a good picture.

Yuck! Construction sucks. We really don't have much of a winter here in Atlanta so construction goes year round. Luckily they do most of the work on the major highways during the night.

Right? There is SO MUCH CONSTRUCTION!!! killing me.. even working in the department which does 90% of the streets ya think i would KNOW where it was?? Nope. don't pay that much attention.
YES! it's takes forever to get ANYWHERE now! and what ever happened to slower traffic MOVE TO THE RIGHT??? is this nonexistent now?

The Manchester Mash Up!​

Once we landed safely it took a while for the font to unload.. MAN those people were SLOW! COME ON we need to squish Suzi!!
Finally it was our turn to grab the above storage carry on stuff. Which took forever since D had so much... (tee he he he he <-- it was all me. and my electronics!) We hurried as best as we could, being dumped into the air port, - it was weird- People kept staring. I just figured everyone was looking at D ya know the famous one of the group...
Lo and Behold there was Suzi sunshine waving like crazy on the other side of this glass wall thing!!! All i remember is a HUGE GROUP HUG which is the reason for the title it was the Manchester Mash Up! We all mashed together!!! It was like a breath of fresh air to all be together again!!

Of course it won't be right unless there is a selfie!

I really don't think my luggage was 63lbs... After all, i carried it up Suzi's steps all my myself... And we could barely get your 55lb luggage DOWN together. I think i was being dyslexic and it was really 36lbs.

Otherwise... I agree with everything else you said. Lol

Poor Suzi was stuck with 2 toddlers all week... :/ i hope she is recouperated now? All i know, i sm still recovering... Lol... I think that was her plan... Wear us out good, then she wouldnt have to chase after us as much. Lol

There is a huge distance between point A and point B in Maine and if you don't get moving, you don't get to see it. If I had stopped as often as you wanted me to we would have barely gotten home from the airport and had to turn around again. As it was we didn't see a whole lot I had planned. Darn coffees!

And the sign!!! I honestly did forget about that!

They were probably mesmerized by all the different elevations in Maine, more commonly known as hills and maybe even mountains. The Midwest is mostly flat and we don't have those kind of things around here.
