Comfort Inn Lake Buena Vista VS Knight's Inn Maingate Kissimmee (NOT East)

Well, I've narrowed my choices to these 2 area motel/hotels. I need to book just 1 night at a hotel in Kissimmee before checking into our room at Disney the next day! I need a place to stay that's:

-under $100
-SAFE
-clean
-and, as close to WDW as possible

Do either of these hotels fit my need? Is there someplace better I'm missing? I have read all kinds of hotel reviews, but I want to hear from my fellow Disers! Has anyone stayed at either of these places before? (give me the good, the bad, AND the ugly) Thanks all!

comfort inn is okay, knight's inn is a little worst. (my opinion)

Cypress Pointe Grande Villas - right at the entrance of the road/street of the Downtown Disney Resorts - only about 5 minutes away from DTD itself, and then on to the parks! Two br only about $100; studio much less; we loved it!

Of these two hotels, I'd go with the Comfort Inn. While Comfort Inns aren't particularly fancy they are predictably reliable lodging options. The location is good - it's located on Palm Parkway probably no more than 5 minutes' drive from Downtown Disney. You should be able to get a standard room (two double beds) for $60 - $75 a night and I'm pretty sure that this hotel has some suites too. Suites usually have a queen or king bed and at least a couple of twin beds at about $95 - $110 a night.
