I think thinks like Living with the Land Boats don't make a lot of sense for a fast pass. Anna and Elsa probably are worth it if you want to see them. From what I understand unless you have a fast pass... you basically will be waiting all day to see them. My best advice is to have the ap on your phone so you can change your fp+ on the go. I can't tell you how many times we had a set of fast passes and ended up going to a different park.

My mom & I both have the My Disney Experience app on our phones, so that will help for sure. The problem we're having, I guess, is determining whether or not to use a FP+ for something or to ride it in the early morning without a FP+.

Hey, y'all! So today I got a package in the mail...a package I've been waiting several days for. You see, a few days ago I found out that Hot Topic (hottopic.com) was offering $1 shipping for orders of $50 or more. Well, I had been planning on buying some Disney shirts from the site, so I figured that I might as well go ahead and order them, so that I could get the cheaper shipping. So, without further ado, I give you...

Disney shirts galore! Haha, I'm kidding (or am I?)

Anyways.... I really do have a Disney shirt problem...



The Beauty & the Beast, Peter Pan, & Little Mermaid tank tops I ordered from Hot Topic. The 2 gray Mickey shirts & the blue Lion King one are from Target. The gray Tinkerbell one is from the Disney Store. The Finding Nemo is from....uhhh I actually don't remember where I got that one haha

Anyways, Mom & I are also planning to do Halloween shirts for the four of us. I'll post a picture of the design(s) once they're done, and later the actual shirts as well.

Speaking of outfits, I have every intention of dressing up for MNSSHP. So now I have two questions:

1) What character should I dress up as? I have a few ideas, but I would like other opinions as well

2) Should I get sparkly Minnie Mouse ears or a tiara to wear around the parks on a daily basis?

WE'RE 74 DAYS AWAY FROM THE MOST MAGICAL PLACE ON EARTH!! Can you tell I'm excited?

Anyways

I'm having a really hard time deciding on a costume for MNSSHP. I've narrowed it down to 2, and I'd really like you, the people of the DIS, to give me your opinions.



On the left is Tinker Bell. On the right is Minnie Mouse (please ignore my foot that you can halfway see at the bottom of this picture )

I could really use some help deciding, so please comment which costume idea you like better! I may or may not post my decision before I go...we'll just have to wait & see I suppose.

Our FP+! Honestly, after dealing with this system first-hand last night, the thing that really bothers me is the tiers. But anyways.....

Such good fast pass reservations. I booked mine also but was unable to get the mine train like you. I mean... I snagged two. So not too bad... but it was a challenge. I had to try several times before I got them. I am still trying for another one on dd's bday.

Of all of our reservations the only one we have that is similar is this....

Hey y'all! So it's been awhile since I've posted, and we are now...

40 DAYS AWAY!!!!

I'm so excited, but it's also kind of stressful, because Mom & I are finding things that we didn't realize we still needed to do...

BUT, we're 40 days away from the most magical place on Earth!

So, I have yet another question for you, the people of the DIS. Mom & I have been talking about using a digital scrapbooking program this time around; we've done actual scrapbooking in the past and I've also done a shutterfly book for the January 2013 trip. The only problem with deciding to use digital scrapbooking is that I'm not sure which program to use.

So here's my question: do any of you have a favorite digital scrapbooking program that you find works well for capturing the magic of a WDW trip?

I really appreciate any input you, my fellow DISers can give.

On a completely unrelated note (well, maybe not completely since it IS about Disney..)

I ordered my Disney pin grab bag! Now, I'm just waiting for them to get here. I'm super excited to see what kind of pins I get this time around. Who knows, I might actually get a couple that I want to keep.

Hey y'all!! So we're now 32 DAYS AWAY!!!

And...



So anyway...I checked the mail today (because no one had gotten the mail since before Wednesday) & my pins have arrived!! I'm super excited to continue my pin trading. I've participated for the last several years, & I really enjoy it.
These are the pins that I got in my grab bag of 10:



I think I will probably keep the Marie one, but beyond that I'm not really sure. Every year I do pin trading, I pick a character & collect those pins. In the past I've collected Tinker Bell and Pluto, but I'm not sure what character I'm going to collect this time around. Any suggestions?

At this point, Mom & I are going crazy trying to make sure everything is ready for this trip. The 32 days we have left are going to be INSANE. 32 sounds like a lot, but in reality, we all know it will fly by.
This is pretty much what my life has become:



(If you can't tell, I've recently found lots of Disney memes on Pinterest that will be making appearances in this PTR as well as the TR that follows. )
