 Hi Jenny! I just jumped over here yesterday. But I haven't logged onto the DIS since mid August. I love that you've already started the new Pre-Trippie. But of course you have. Well, we are down to just 30 days until pre-night can't sleep jitters. It's been flying by so fast.

Jo, I hope you enjoy your run. I'm actually planning on doing the ToT 5k while my FIL does the full 13k. Of course, he runs half-marathons and is training for his first full marathon (after losing over 150 lbs)

I can't wait to read more Jenny popcorn::

:rotfl2:  And guess what? We will be doing to DDP for the first 5 nights while at the THV. Michael made an excellent point about trying to cook dinner for 10 people. His point being that it would be too much work with schedules and kind of pointless with MNSSHP and our BB day. :lmao: What a nut! Jenna’s gang will also be doing the Space Center one day as well and that takes hours. But we will not be doing the DDP on the last 6 nights as we only plan on dining at Beaches and Tony’s as far as TS go. One night we will be in Sea World too.

Now of course, the nights we eat where can change as I don't have park and EMH but you all get the drift. :flower3:

 How the heck have you been? I cannot believe your trip is in 30 days? Anything new and exciting to share? popcorn::

Buy more points! There enough said.

Yes, from your fingers to DH's ears! ;)

I've been good. I'm getting more excited. As I said above we will be doing the Tower of Terror run on our last night. DW and I will be doing the 5k and her dad will be doing the 13k.

DW still doesn't seem as excited as the last time (but that was her first time) even though it is her birthday and her dad's first time. I asked her how she felt about the trip yesterday and she twirled her finger in the air.

Edit: We are beginning to look at buying our first house. That's kind of exciting.

I never knew how popular WDW races were until recently. You are the 4th person I know running a race. :woohoo:

Twirled her finger like in big-woop-tee-doo? :faint: I would have shown her a finger. ;) :scared1:

Buying your first house is VERY exciting. It even trumps WDW. :thumbsup2

I know. She's okay on Disney, but she keeps saying she wanted to go to New York this year.

It is very exciting. We're still in the preliminary stages though, trying to find out what we can afford, how much down we should be looking at, etc. However, we are down to just her car and a hospital bill (that we are disputing and the insurance is taking a second look at) left of our debt.

:goodvibes Good luck- that's so exciting. Whatever you decide payment wise you can afford a month, add another 1/3 for utilities and upkeep. :thumbsup2

If you need help navigating the insurance, that's my specialty so let me know.

Thanks, I will.

More expensive utilities is one of the reasons I'm not a huge fan of owning, but I'd rather have the investment of owning a home than the luxury of less utilities, no lawn (although we may go with a condo here in Denver), and maintenance on call 24/7.

Owning is the way to go if you can afford it. And I thought all men love yard work? :confused3 ;)

I mowed lawns for churches and professionally since I was 10 years old (my dad was the pastor). I just wanna let someone else take care of it now. Although if I could get a job as a landscaper or greenskeeper I'd take it.

I agree.:rotfl:

Because we are once again arriving on October 10, I had to change the countdown back again. Oy!!!!

your dh has a good point about cooking for 10 people. Besides, it isn't a vacation if you have to cook all the time.

:lmao: True that sister!

DH is totally in love with SSR  and asked that we get to really spend some time at the resort, checking it out and relaxing. That's how I got to add another night. He is even contemplating me adding another night which would be a total of 12 nights. :faint: I am giddy with 11 but 12 would be heavenly and then hell, if we are going to do 12 why not make it an even 2 weeks? :rotfl2:

Jo, I hope you enjoy your run.
Shhhh but I'm walking it, I started training and by walk/running it I only saved 8 minutes but was all red, hot and sweaty so ditched the idea. Don't want to be yucky for the after party :rotfl2:

Go for 2 weeks then you can use another new word, fortnight :thumbsup2:rotfl2:
