I just got back from filling out an affadavit of fraud at my bank and I am SO MAD. Apparently, while we were at the World for our Planning Session, someone got a hold of my bank card number. Over this past weekend my account was charged for plane tickets to the Philippines. Not by me!

The only time I used my card while we were in Florida was at the Pepper Market for brunch. I don't think I used it at either airport and it was Wayne's card that was linked to our KTTW.

I am so furious. I have to wait for the bank to send me a new card and then go change all of my accounts that were linked to the old card, like my Kindle Fire one-click buying.

UGH!

What a dumb thief the bank will press charges airline tickets have a name attached to them. Still stinks either way. Hope it all works out.

Ugh, been there, done that. In fact, it happened twice to us after different Disney trips. :headache: I'm so sorry you're having to deal with this --I know what a huge pain it is!

That is so awful! I hope everything gets resolved swiftly and as stress-free as possible for you!

I had the same thing happen to me after our trip in December, but I never put 2 + 2 together! I'd gone to a local convenience store and my debit card was declined. (Which is so embarrassing, I felt like a deadbeat!) When I called my bank to ask what was up, they said they froze my account, because there was "suspicious activity" on my debit card. Evidently someone in Austrailia had used my card #. I do have to give my bank kudos for catching it quickly, though it was a PITA having to wait for a new card!
