There's a SALE! (at TSS)

Just wanted to let everyone know that the Timeshare Store is offering 10% commissions (instead of 12%). We are getting ready to list with them and I found this helpful! Every little bit helps.

Has anyone used anyone other than TSS before I list? Just curious for some other views. Can I list with 2 places? I don't see anywhere in the contract where it says that I can not. I'm sure I can't but I knew you guys would know!

Was so easy to deal with when we purchased 2 years ago. We are also considering selling and we contacted them for the contract information. Now however we are reconsidering our decision to sell or at least postponing for 1 more vacation sometime in 2005!

I think you will have alot of luck with them.

I am quitting my job to stay home with the kids so we are cutting as many unnecessary expenses as possible. I never thought I would do it. But, I think it's for the best right now.

We are contemplating buying a second home and DH says I can't have both!!!!

Still working on keeping DVC which is why the sell plan was put on hold. Honestly though while DVC is great and I love it Dues alone are 1/2 of the taxes where we are looking to buy.

Who knows I just can't imagine life without my points

I know what you mean. I wish I could win the lottery so I could keep my points but we did just build a new home this year, and it's wonderful, but if we were in our old home, the DVC would not even be an issue so it's very bittersweet. The DVC was at one point what I considered the best money we had ever spent . SO, it's REALLY hard to give up.

I was wondering about other resellers, also. TSS seems to have the most listings and, consequently, probably the most traffic, but even 10% seems a little high. Has anyone else been through this process?
