There is a nasty thunderstorm rolling through now. Lots and lots of water in my yard. It's starting to look like a lake.

One time when I was a kid, a bolt of lightning came THROUGH our kitchen window and struck my Mom's stainless steel food processor, melting it into a blob on the kitchen counter !

When I was a kid we had this picture of deer hanging on our wall, which was made from some kind of metal. Whenever there was a lightening storm, electricity was snap out of it and hit the opposite wall of the hall. Eventually my parents put it away in the closet, so it wouldn't do it anymore.

BTW I had to listen to the Shutters review twice because I've never laughed so hard in my entire life. It was AWESOME!
