I know there are lots of posts about postcards and emails and pin offers and such for April May and June and as a an Annual Passholder the waiting was killing me. Tonight I called again to just see if they announced anything or if any other discounts were available.
Got a great CM named Amos who took the time to confirm all my requests and my current rate and checked for discounts on my profile and AP. No Annual Pass rates yet told me to look towards the end of January beginning of February. I was excited by this as other CM's just said nothing available and rushed me off the phone. SO hopefully AP rates are soon in coming out.
Here is where I am really excited about this call. While he was confirming my plans he asked me to confirm my address as there seemed to be more then one profile under my name so when i gave my address he asked if we owned a home or if it was apartments and Told him i lived with my folks in our home. They had me living in an apartment at our address under a seperate profile that everything else matched on Name, Phone Number, email and such they were all the same just had an apartment number on it. Well was I in luck tonight lots of Pixie Dust flying here. There was a autopopulated offer with pin tied to that profile. CM stated that since it was just a misinput of an apt # that i was eligible for the discount. So I went for $166 a night at POFQ to $88 a night. Thats close to half off.
So the point of this is that to Not Give Up on discounts and make sure they have all your information in correctly. And Lets hope the AP rates come soon for those waiting for them.
