There in 5 days - where to go for fresh fruit nearby??

We are headed to Dland on Wednesday (wahoo!!! )
and I have been searching my info from past trips to remember where we went on our way home to pick up some fresh California fruits and veggies--and I can't find any details.

I seem to remember one place north of Dland--about the size of a 711 on the right side of the street if you are headed north--trouble is - I can't remember which street we were on... oops.

Another year we found one a few blocks (?) west of Dland - I remember a gate around the parking lot and the store seemed 'open air' and there were lots of wooden barrels around.

I know--not much to go on--but I would love to hear about your favorite places to get good fresh fruits/veggies nearby. Thanks!!!

I'm not sure if this might work, but perhaps contact Farm Fresh to You and see if they could deliver a box of their current produce right to your hotel. Or perhaps you could arrange a pick up?

You're probably thinking of Sam's Farmer's Market (formerly Tom's Farms), which is on Euclid about a mile due west of DCA. http://g.co/maps/vz6s4
