Then and Now column in the boston globe

(or is it Now and Then?) I'm so sad! Its been a few years since we lived in MA, just moved back a week or 2 ago, and read Don's column today. I'm so saddened to learn that Minnie Mae passed away.

The whole story of her illness and death, and her husband's reactions to all of it has been an amazing story to read each week. He chronicles all of the ups and downs, good times and bad. I don't know if the past columns are available on boston.com. I'd love to see him put them all together in a book.
