I'm not happy with this company as i booked to go to Discovery Cove with them i have received an invoice.
I phoned them this morning and asked for my reservation number for the day at DC and i was told that my invoice number was my reservation number, now i know that's not true as i've e-mailed DC and they have given me the reservation number i also asked if the lady would send out the info and she said that i should receive this about 7 days before i go.
If for some reason i don't get the confirmation from this company will it be alright to just go with the number that i've written down?
