I am trying to decide which type of passes we should buy.

2 adults 1 child. We will be there 11 days (including flying in and out) So only 9 days to worry about. We are doing one day at Universal that leaves 8 days. I don't know and may not know till we get there if we would use the pluses on a hopper. Maybe one day of water park but I think probably not. All of the ticket comparing guides say 8 days is the cut off to go to an AP. I am open to all passes.

7 Day hopper from Ticketmania, AP Passes or Ultimate Park Hopper.

Thanks for any insight.

If you are sure you are not going to a water park, I would go for an AP, then you might be able to get a room discount for the time you will be there.

If you think you want to go to a water park or to Pleasure Island, you might want to go 7 day hopper. However, if you get a good room rate, it is still cheaper to pay for the admission to a water park or Pleasure Island separately.

Personally, I get the Premium Annual Pass, because we visit Pleasure Island at least twice during a visit, Disney Quest two or three times per visit, and always do a water park (or two) if the weather permits (we go during off season, so sometimes it is too cool, but we hit Typhoon Lagoon every chance we get). If you don't want the Premium Annual Pass, Ultimate Park Hoppers will do the same thing for you for the length of time you are there.

I know, that really didn't help at all, did it?
