Theme park reservation not working

I’m trying to book MK for July 27th, and I keep getting this page. I can book any other date. July 27th for any park.. I get this page. It’s been happening for awhile now. Suggestions?

What kind of ticket do you have and are you booking through the right bucket?
 
The ticket is an anytime one we were given by Disney due to issues our last trip. It allows me to book any day.. I tested it out on other dates. But just not this specific day. I thought it was booked already, but I went in.. and it’s not.. and it won’t let me book. Maybe I need to call? What #?

I am puzzled by the verbiage "We couldn't find any reservation TIMES." It almost sounds like it's trying to access dining reservations ("times").

I'd call for sure.
 

Is it possible you’ve already booked the maximum number of days on the ticket?
 
I don’t currently have days booked. And it allows me to book other days if I want. So odd!
 
Is there a possibility you are accidentally selecting June 27th? Only asking as it’s something I’ve done and it is full for park reservations at the MK.
 
The same thing happened to me a few weeks ago (interestingly, it was for June 27th--could there be a bug with the 27th of the month?). I ended up calling the main line and the CM was able to book it for me.

It’s worth calling for sure although the OP is trying for Jul 27th so one month after you. Interesting though that in both cases you were trying for the 27th of a month.
 
I have MK booked for July 27th. The only way i was able to book our reservations was using Google Chrome on my computer but that was a few months ago. I didn’t get that message but the system wouldn’t load on other platforms (app, Safari).
 
I was getting the exact same message while trying to book September dates last night. I called 407-939-5277 and the loveliest CM was able to book it for us within seconds. Definitely worth a call if you're still having trouble.
 
We’re you able to resolve, I am having the same issue and it’s so odd I was just changing my park days around. I’ll be calling shortly!
