Theme park "quests"/games

My kids just watched a YouTube video of what I think is the first bit of Sorcerers of The Magic Kingdom and now she's determined to do it in November when we go.

I know there is also Agent P in Epcot..are there more quests/games than these two?

Also - are your kids into these things? She is 8, if that helps. And are these easy to do and step away from for ADRs, rides, etc?

We played Sorcerors Of The Magic Kingdom and my kids loved it! They're 9,7,5 and 4.

You can play whenever you feel like playing and pick it back up right where you stopped. Super easy

My kids like Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom and they LOVED doing Wilderness Explorers at AK this year! We haven't done the other ones.

*editing to add, my boys are 10 and 12
