Theme park only characters , aka Figment , Orange Bird , and Ice Gator...

I love these characters and wish they had meet and greets in the parks , as well as having a larger presence (especially merchandise wise) . I always wondered why they didn't use these characters more and create others as official embassadors for each park . They could even bring back Duffy for Animal Kingdom so they would only need to create new characters for HS and TL . What do you guys think ? Do you like these characters ? Do you want to see more of them ? Would you like new characters to represent in some way AK , HS ' and TL ?

I don't think I even know who Ice Gator is. The others I like, and I love park original ideas and characters, especially ones from the Haunted Mansion. Hollywood Studios doesn't really have an original IP, but AK has the Yeti from EE. Figment is of course from Epcot and MK has a ton.

The current Enchanted Tiki Room comic book has Orange Bird cameos.

Ice Gator is the alligator character who represents and used to appear at Blizzard Beach

The characters you mentioned use to actually meet. Figment, as I was lead to understand as an Epcot CM, was scrapped due to the back issues caused to CMs who were friends with Figment. He originally met as a pal of Dreamfinder and was a little puppet, but unfortunately Dreamfinder went away. They switch to meeting at Figment's house and him being big but again the system for his head was heavy and caused a lot of issues. He has a ton of merchandise though and is Epcot's official mascot.

Orange bird met in the beginning as well over by his home in Adventureland. Orange bird went away for a long long time and just recently (in the grand scheme of things) came back home. He is kind of the "unofficial" mascot of the parks blog for the WDW portion. He has a lot of merchandise as well.

Ice Gator again I believe use to meet but it was hard for Ice Gator to meet with a bunch of wet kids so was scrapped. There is still a statue of Ice Gator though.

Bought an Orange Bird mug to bring home! Love him! I did see some dish towels with him on there, but the mug will do.

Totally on board with Orange Bird and Figment (everyone loves those two). Duffy however....dear God no.

HATE Orange Bird (not really a Disney character, he was made by Disney for FCC)
Had to google Ice Gator (perfect for BB, but not sure there is a big market
