Theme Park Hours ?

We are going at the end of Aug (1st time!!) and I was wondering how late the parks usually stay open in the summer (which one is open latest)? Also when would the extra morning hours be posted for Aug? The official guide I have is outdated (2002) and at that point there were set early mornings for the parks, this is no longer the case is it? One last ? about the extra evening hours .... how exactly do they work? Any advice to help with our planning would be appreciated.

The hours along w/ the EMH schedule usually are released about 60 days in advance. I would expect the August hrs to be released around June 1st.
As for evening EMH. You will still need to be an onsite guest to take advantage of this. The parks in general will stay open for 3 hrs beyond normal closing time. All onsite guests will be issued a bracelet. This will allow them to gain access to the rides.

This link will give you the hours for last August....the end of August the parks will close a little earlier than the beginning of the month. Hours are usually posted 2-3 months in advance. Extra hours vary from each park--morning and evening. They will be available when the month's hours are available. The Extra Hours have a schedule, but while fine tuning it (due to the new evening hours), it can vary. Good luck!
