I think that's a difficult answer to give you. Disney doesn't actually give out much in the way of details regarding exact numbers - it probably gives them flexibility as things are changing.

Best thing you can do is look at wait times for the parks on the app, and you can somewhat prepare yourself for what to expect.

Disney isn't going to say since places like Universal who are competitors could use that info to their advantage. Clearly with those new park reservations now required Disney has a better idea of expected crowds. On weekends probably used to be anyone's guess how many locals would suddenly decide to show up.

Universal doesn't need an advantage. They're packed every day.
