What are the rumored Disney park capacities? This is what I've heard:

MK: 80-95K
EPCOT: 90-110K
AK: 55-60K
DHS: 65-85K

Welcome all feedback on what's right, wrong, or missing. Thank you.

I don't believe that Disney has ever announced the park capacities for competitive reasons.

Just seeking estimates -- found one here just thought I'd see if these are in the right ballpark.

I think your estimates are the best we'll see, as nothing has ever been said and most of it is speculation.

They can fit about 125 in Epcot or mk on the peak, uncomfortable, "you're nuts to go" days...if I recall. There are no firm, available numbers on That.
However I think the estimate for studios is off.

Studios has far less physical space/capacity...though ak has less to support that capacity...or did until then shut half of studios down.

Here's how to look at it:

Daily guesstimated full capacity
Mk - 100K
Epcot - 100K
Ak - 75K
Studios - 50K

Daily total = 325,000
Yearly total =118,000,000

Now...that obviously is bugnuts and isn't possible...

But the reality is they don't have nearly enough built to support anywhere close to 75,000,000...north of 60 probably would be so uncomfortable there would be a big diminishing return for the traveler.

So while Disney would be desperate if a recession and inevitable travel slump that always are paired together happens...they almost need it. In a bizarre sort of way.

MK is about 100k but call it full at 85
Epcot is about 80k
Studios is about 48k
AK was 70k before the Pandora construction

I know it's not broken down by park, but per the Miami Herald article just posted by LOL in another thread...

"Attendance: Like most parks, Disney does not make its gate figures public. However, the Themed Entertainment Association estimated the total number of guests at Disney World’s four parks at 51.5 million in 2014. Magic Kingdom has more guests than any other park in the world, at 19.3 million; all four rank in the Top 10 in the world. Florida’s four Disney parks and California’s two are the top six parks in the U.S. for number of visitors."

Its probably obvious to most following this thread, but just wanted to be sure that folks realize that the OP was asking about park capacity (maximum a particular park can hold at one time) whereas the linked story is about total park attendance during the year. Also, even those numbers are slightly misleading since they only credit attendance to the park a guest first enters on a day. Somebody that starts the day at DHS but finishes at Epcot would only be included in the DHS estimate.

Again, these are just 3rd party estimates and not official Disney attendance numbers.

I'm not sure what they are nor do I care, but I sure do miss the good old days when who can jump on rides, ease through parks without someone running into you every second, and just relaxing and enjoying. The good old magical day
