Hey Im currently a freshman at Marquette and I used to think i wanted to be an engineer. Well it turns out i hate everything that is on the outline for the engineering courses here. I realized that I want to design the visual aspects of things for Disney but i can't figure out which field to go into. I need to switch majors asap lol. The only thing that is really making this hard on me is that Marquette isn't an art school. The closest thing they have is Theatre Arts. Which has a lot to do with lighting scenery and stuff like that so maybe this could work? Idk im really confused. I will be taking an art/design minor at a sister school here which is good. but i don't know which major to switch to. Other majors I am considering include, Marketing, Advertising, Broadcasting, and Some kind of Communications. Please give me feedback lol i really really need help her pronto. =/

Have you considered graphic design? That's my major and I love it. It is also a good field for designing the visual aspect of pretty much anything. Good Luck!
