Evelyn: "Thanks. Us Barton's are big on traditions. My life was pretty normal before August. Hope is having a blast, she loves Christmas. "June: "Yeah, okay. I didn't think it'd mean much to any of you, being agents and all."
Evelyn: "Yeah that would."Hope: "A few years ago, Christmas was one of the only days a year I was ever happy. Being on the run sucks."
Mike: "Christmas... I don't know. During the war, it was one of the light moments. But now... it's nice, but there's too many dead."
Raven: "Well...thanks, I guess. Say, is your father coming? I have a status report due."June: "It was just a fair warning not to go back down there for a while."
June: She leaned on the doorframe. "Yeah, he's here. He went straight to his room to rest. He got here while you were gone."
OOC: I'm here
just not sure what to do lol
June: "Okay. He's been excited to see his favorite daughter again. You know? He talks about you a lot."
OOC: OkayRaven: "All right, I'll give it to him tonight, before I head to bed." Of course, she wouldn't be sleeping tonight, but the less anyone knew the safer they were.
OOC: I don't know.
Maybe play a game or watch a movie or something?
Raven: "I'm not his daughter and I'm not his favorite. Honestly, Skye is more of his daughter than me. Coulson's just respectful. He's the director. I might be high ranking, probably one of the highest ranking, but I'm still just an agent. He can't play favorites. My father didn't, not even with me. In fact he pushed me away, so he wouldn't have the council breathing down either of our necks."
June: She shrugged. "My father isn't Fury though. Whatever. Have you found any new recruits yet? We've lost so many."
OOC: Okay
That depressing moment when you realize you've worked the last two Christmas Eve's... lol
Jay: He helped his mom make dinner.
Evelyn: She was rerranging the presents under the tree so they looked prettier and had a better distribution of color.
Raven: "Exactly, he's not my father, he needs to be careful. You clearly don't know what my long term assignment is. I won't sugarcoat for you, I've taken up the Widow's role - I'm an assassin, I take out threats. Of course, you tell the Widow and you'll never see the sun again. She's too intervening. As for recruitment, I refuse to recruit from the school, they're all useless. And I can't get to the off access places like bars and clubs and stuff because of my age, the stupidity."
