Phyllis ends the affair again. Billy gets drunk and confronts Jill. Phyllis and Jack attend marriage counseling. The affair is exposed! Rumor has it Victor is the one who breaks the news!


Victor gives ChelC back his shares of her company. Dylan is determined to link Victor to Adam’s prison break


Stitch tells Abby he wants another baby but Abby feels they need to wait and fix their marriage first

FRIDAY US SPOILER

Adam's Memorial
Jack tells Phyllis .. he's glad she didn't attend the memorial. Jack gets a phone call and steps away.

Jill tells Phyllis she should be supporting Jack & keeps on ranting .. saying .. she can tell Phyllis just had sex with Billy. Jill tells Phyllis .. Ashley is beginning to get suspicious.

Jack has a private conversation with Billy & tells Billy .. he's glad Billy was with Phyllis & that Phyllis didn't do something she'd regret. The expression on Billy's face appears to make Jack wonder if Phyllis did do something she's going to regret.

Billy leaves & Jill is fast on his heels.

Jack tells Phyllis .. he knows what's been going on .. but .. they won't discuss it there.

GCMH
Stitch regrets not being at the memorial to support Abby & says they need to talk.

Dylan interrupts Stitch & Abby .. & .. tells Stitch .. he wants a follow-up done on the DNA found in the cabin. Dylan says the first analysis was a rush job. Stitch realizes Dylan doesn't think Adam died in the fire .. & .. agrees to arrange for a second analysis.

GCPD
Summer is giving her statement to Paul (re: Luca). Paul tells Summer .. Luca hasn't been sent back to Spain yet .. & .. asks if Summer would like to see him. Summer says .. no .. she's done with Luca.

As Summer leaves Paul's office .. Luca is being placed in the holding cell. Luca tells Summer he loves her & knows she loved him. Summer says Luca was playing her & only interested in destroying her family. Luca says he's sorry .. admits he'd planned to use her .. but .. ended up falling in love with Summer. Summer says she's done with him. As Luca is taken away .. Summer tells him she could never hate him.

Dylan arrives & Paul blasts him for continuing to work on Adam's case. Dylan & Paul argue. Dylan tells Paul he knows Dylan is right. Paul says he doesn't want his son to end up like Adam. Dylan says he's not going to drop the case.

Cottage
Sharon tells Mariah .. she's afraid Victor will go after Dylan & somehow find out that Sully is Christian. Mariah says she & Sharon are the only ones who know the truth. From the look on Sharon's face .. Mariah realizes Sharon thinks Mariah is the weak link. Sharon says she know how ruthless Victor can be & Mariah thinks Sharon is taking things too far & tries to calm Sharon down.

Stitch arrives with an envelope for Dylan .. & .. Mariah leaves.

Sharon figures the envelope contains information about Adam's case. As Sharon tells Stitch not to help Dylan with Adam's case .. (because going after Victor is like poking a mad dog with a stick) .. Dylan arrives & overhears the conversation.

Stitch tells Dylan .. the follow-up results confirm Adam died in the fire. Dylan wonders aloud if Stitch even took the forensic material to the lab. Stitch tells Dylan to let it go .. & .. Stitch leaves.

Sharon & Dylan argue .. & .. Sharon tells him to think about how much they have to lose. Dylan says Victor can't hurt them.

Crimson Lights
Abby bumps into Summer & Summer tells her she saw Luca. Abby starts to cry & tells Summer .. her miscarriage changed everything & she doesn't think Stitch wants to remain married & she's not looking forward to having a serious talk with him.

Later .. Mariah arrives & Summer and Mariah talk about Luca & Kevin.

GCAC
Stitch & Abby talk about the distance which has grown between them. Ben shocks Abby when he tells her .. he's ready to try for another baby.

Chancellor Park
Jack tells Phyllis .. he realizes he didn't give her the love & support she needed & how grateful he is that Billy was there for her. Jack says he knows there are still times when she looks at him & sees Marco. Phyllis begins to cry .. Jacks asks her not to stop fighting for them. Phyllis says she feels guilty .. Jack says she's done nothing wrong. Phyllis says: "I've been lying to you."

Chancellor Mansion
Jill & Billy have a huge argument about Phyllis. Billy tells Jill to stay out of his personal life & Jill refuses. Billy reminds Jill of her past dalliances .. Jill tells Billy not to change the subject. More ranting and raging follows .. then .. Billy tells Jill to walk away .. just like she always has.

Jill explodes over what Billy is doing to Jack & says he's going to tear the family apart.

Then .. Jill begins to gasp .. drops down onto the couch & clutches her chest.

Preview:
Abby to Stitch: "I don't think you see the same relationship. In fact .. I know you don't."

Dylan to Sharon: "If you're afraid of something, just tell me. We can handle it. You've got to talk to me."

Jill clutches her chest & Billy says: "Nice try. Maybe next time."

MONDAY US SPOILER!!!

Chancellor MansionBilly doesn't believe Jill is in distress. Colin arrives & Jill tells him to call 911.

Chancellor Park
Phyllis tells Jack she's been lying all along .. that she hasn't been trying to make their marriage work. Phyllis begins to cry & Jack realizes Phyllis sees Marco when they make love. Phyllis says she' broken .. Jack says they can start over. Jack wants them to go to a marriage counselor & says Phyllis will have to be completely honest .. even though what she says may hurt. Phyllis says she doesn't deserve him & agrees to go for counselling.

GCAC
Abby is stunned when Stitch says he want to try for a baby. Abby reminds him of all of the trauma they've been through this past year. Stitch gets a call from the hospital & says they'll talk later .. and leaves.

Across the way .. Summer is with Victor. Summer apologizes for going against Victor's wishes & having Luca stay at her place. Victor tells Summer .. it took courage to stand up against everyone & says she's a chip off the old block. Summer says Jack was looking out for her too & wants Victor to call a truce with Jack .. but .. Victor won't agree to a truce.

Crimson Lights
Abby tells Summer .. she was the one pushing for a baby .. so .. how can she say "no" now. Summer tells Abby to be honest with Stitch.

GCMH
Jill orders Billy out of her room. Stitch comes in & tells both Billy & Colin to leave the room.

Stitch tells Jill her test results indicate she had an acid reflux attack. Jill tells Stitch she wants to be the one who tells Billy & Colin .. so .. Stitch sends the guys into Jill's room & leaves.

Jill pretends to be exhausted & moans that the "episode" was brought on by stress. Billy apologizes for his part in things .. & .. leaves. Colin has twigged to Jill's lie & when Billy is gone .. they start to laugh.

Colin wants to know who Jill has something on. Colin thinks it may be Jack .. but .. Jill says "no" & tells him it's Phyllis .. & .. Phyllis & Billy are having an affair. Jill tells Colin to keep it to himself.

In the public waiting area .. Abby tells Stitch she thought they would be separating & now is not the right time for them to have a baby. Stitch disagrees .. says they can fix things & gives Abby a hug. Abby's facial expression indicates she's not sure they can mend things.

Cottage
Dylan figures something is going on & wants to know why Sharon's so afraid of Victor. Sharon says she needs to get some fresh air & leaves.

Mariah arrives & Dylan tells her she doesn't have to cover for Sharon anymore. Mariah plays dumb & Dylan goes upstairs to attend to Sully.

Sharon returns & Mariah tells her she's freaking Dylan out .. & .. it's time to tell him the truth .. or .. invent a cover story and stick to it. Dylan returns & Sharon tells him she's been keeping a secret.

Sharon & Mariah make up a story .. saying .. Mariah went to see Victor to see if Victor would let something slip .. & .. she doesn't want Victor to think Mariah was trying to get something on Victor (for Dylan). Dylan refuses to back off of the case.

Chancellor Mansion
Billy tells Phyllis about Jill being in the hospital. Phyllis tells Billy .. it's over. Phyllis tells him their affair was about her trying to run away from herself & that she's been punishing Jack because he looks like Marco & she's not going to cause Jack any more pain.

Later .. Jill returns & Billy tells Jill .. it's over between him & Phyllis.

GCAC
In the entrance way .. Victor overhears Jack making an appointment with a marriage counselor. Victor says he noticed Phyllis wasn't at the memorial. Jack & Victor snark at each other & Jack walks away & takes a seat at the bar.

Colin shows up & takes a seat beside Jack. Jack says he's waiting for his wife & Colin says .. Phyllis is the very person he wants to have a chat about. Colin tells Jack he has info of a personal nature on Phyllis & if Jack forks over a million dollars .. Colin will give him the info. Jack tells Colin to go to hell & leaves .. (and Colin sits there with a big smirk on his face).

Chelsea 2.0 - Chelsea is upset & tells Sharon to take the day off & reevaluate her job description while Chelsea cleans up the mess.

Chloe to Nick: You told Adam you would look after his family .. but .. I think you need to respect Chelsea's wishes.

TUESDAY US SPOILER

Jack/Phyllis/ Marital therapist---Phyllis admits it is all on her, and what she has done. Talks about Marco--" I had a man in my bed-- he still lives in my thoughts"
Phyllis concedes that "Jack is a victim in this too". She says she wanted someone who did not judge her or tell her how to feel". Jack does not look at Phyllis, just down,
says 'she went to my brother Billy". (no mention of intimacy) Out in the parking lot, Jack abruptly leaves to attend to other business. Phyllis wonders WHAT'S UP?

Condo/Chloe/Nick--Nick had wanted to take kids to the park but Chloe says Chelsea had a hard time with all the flowers around, and reminders of Adam, so went to work.
Chloe a little irritable about Nick's questions and says.. "there IS a life without Adam". Nick somewhat puzzled. He tries to bridge it with talk about Sage etc. to connect to Chloe.
Chloe wants Chelsea to grieve in her own way. Nick is not backing down and leaves.

Chelsea/studio/Sharon--Sharon is shocked that Chelsea is hard at work--her drawing canvas has a sketched figure with black squiggles drawn around it.
Chelsea angry at cancelled deliveries and demands Sharon explain. Sharon made executive decision to delay because of death in the family.
Chelsea rants" I don't need time off !" Tells Sharon to take the day off to re-evaluate her job description.
Chloe shows up and confirms that SHE gave the order to Sharon, soothes Chelsea over, and Chelsea claims she is NOT fragile and needs to attend to business right now.
Chloe says Nick was at condo.

Sharon/CL/Nick--explains studio stuff with Chelsea. Nick tells her not to take it personally. Jokey, fun, like old times between good friends.
After Nick leaves, Sharon gets a silent cell call. She reports it with no luck, since this is not the first time. "Unknown Caller" moment (?????)

Phyllis/Summer/C Park--Summer discussing business courses at college in fall. Phyllis talks marriage counsellor/Jack/talk
She wonders why Jack suddenly shut down. Summer remembers the Austin and Luca debacles. Says " next guy has to fill out a questionaire!"
Tells Phyllis not to give up on Jack.
Billy watching Phyllis and Summer in park, wearing suit and sunglasses.

Jill/Colin/mansion- Jill is drinking down a fizzy ant-acid drink, while colin hugs her from behind.
Billy enters and Colin goes on a power walk. Jill admits she lied to billy and that the illness was "acid reflux".
He accuses her of guilting him out, and that Phyllis dumped him but it was not mutual. Jill moans OMG You love her!
Billy had wanted to go public about Phyllis. "I was just the medication to kill her pain"........

Jack comes in the mansion and tells Jill that Colin had asked for a million dollars but gets no satisfaction or truth from Jill.
Jill tells Jack he fell for "the oldest trick in the grifters handbook !" "Don't give Colin one dime!"
Jill tells Colin to stop cashing in on her familiy's misery, and his larcenous behaviour.

Billy/Phyllis/C Park- Billy jokes about his mother's "indigestion". tells Phyllis "he just wants to kiss her right now"..she tells him to
"STOP IT" and walks off.

Chloe/Sharon/CL--while Chloe is pontificating Sharon tells her that you just don't snap your fingers and get over a loved one, she should know that.
Talk about Cassie and Delia.

Colin/Jack/GCAC bar--Jack is drinking his usual club soda, and Colin appears harrassed, asks for a good bottle of Scotch to be sent to his room.
Colin says Jill "threw him under the bus"...(he smirks as he goes up the hotel stairs)

Jack shows up in Colin's room and dumps a carpetbag full of cash on a table while Colin looks greedily at it.
"What do you say we do a little business?"

Preview: Billy getting drunk while Ashley looks on----Chelsea confronting Victor, who "just wants to help her"---Jack says to Colin, that he just wants answers (Colin staring at wads of cash)

WEDNESDAY US SPOILER

Ash walks in lab with Billy and a mob of bikini clad models and clicking a camera at cavorting girls in small space. Drinking tequila.
Ash turns off the music--"Playtime is over---put away the toys!"
Ashley asks Billy --"WHO IS SHE?"...You behave this way everytime a woman stomps on your heart!"....What is going on between you and Phyllis?"
Billy denies and shrugs. "Ash.."the more you deny it, the more I am sure Billy!"

Ashley is horrified and covers her mouth. Billy gives very few details, and holds back. Ashley is very sypathetic but wails.."It's your brother's wife Billy!".
Billy said it was over YESTERDAY. " I love my brother. I want them to be happy. Anything else would be selfish"--he spoke like reading a manual.
Then Billy admitted that Phyllis ended the affair.

Jill/Phyllis/GCAC--Jill offers Phyll a drink from the bar, and Phyll says "she'd rather drink strychnine!"
Did you break off for good with Billy?---Yes, Jack does not need to know. Phyllis: your plan of getting Victoria and Billy back together
still on?....Jill- she is the love of his life. Phyllis--I just want Billy to be happy. I care about him.

Hotel room/Colin/Jack--Jack--"Tell me what you know!"--Colin having fits and coniptions about the cash, so has to cover it with a blanket so he
does not get tempted. Jack--"ANSWER ME!"....Colin shaking like a leaf over the "Benjamins" before him.
Colin goes into a lot of doubletalk to distract Jack and Jack gets fed up. Colin does not want to betray his wife.

Sharon/Chloe/CL--Sharon thanks Chloe for covering with Chelsea. Dylan comes up behind them, leans in with piercing eyes, and puts his chin on his hands
on back of chair. he says he is not giving up. Chloe non-committal and Sharon wants him to "give it up".
Sharon and Dylan leave to give "Chelsea thier condolences".

Studio/Chelsea/Victor--Victor off elevator. Chelsea.."Why are you here? haven't you stolen enough from me?"...Victor: I am not here to take, but to give!"
Victor offers her a contract and 35% return of company. Victor:" It's to give you peace of mind"......Chelsea "What are you really up to"?
Victor wants to make sure he sees Connor. Chelsea tells him it is a start. She wants him out of her and Connor's life. Victor sighs and leaves.

Studio/Chelsea/Dylan-Chelsea apologizes to Sharon, and right away Dylan starts in on Victor questions despite Sharon's cautions.
Dylan won't let up so Chelsea tells him to GET OUT.

CL/Kevin/Chloe--chloe lies to Kevin about where she is going, they make a date for later. Kevin says Bella is special--likes hanging out with her and playing toys.

Dark Alley/Victor/Chloe- Chloe: "What are you planning for Dylan?"...Victor: 'None of your business! Leave it to me!"

Jill/Colin/GCAC--Jill and Colin natter on about what Colin did but he says he was loyal to Jill despite the cash, she should be grateful.

Jack/Phyllis/GCAC--Jack is closing in, but wants Phyllis to contact the therapist today. Phyllis looks like cornered animal.

Condo/Kevin/Chloe/playdate- Kevin asks who Bella's daddy is. Chloe distracts him with playtoy and Bella.

Billy/Jabot/redhead model--Model flirts with a tequila soaked Billy. He invites her to share the bottle.

Cop Shop---Dylan has names on a storyboard and is moving them around. Victor comes up behind him and is sarcastic as usual.
It is hard to misspell "Victor". Accuses Dylan of playing a 'cops and robbers game"...let's get the questions out there and get it over with.
FIRE AWAY!"

Phyllis/ Therapist--tearfully admits to affair with Billy. "It is over".

Jabot/Ashley/Jack--Jack won't let Ashley rush away and Ashley blurts out .."Billy is in love with Phyllis"......

Preview: Paul at Nicki's ranch front door--"I need to pull Dylan back from the edge".......Victor to Dylan at cop shop--"Be careful BOY! You are accusing me of killing my son!
Jack at Jabot lab, sees Billy on the couch kissing a redhead.

THURSDAY US SPOILER

Ranch/Nicki/Paul-Paul arrives to telll Nicki that Dylan won't stop with his quest on Victor/Adam/ etc. Dylan wants to protect Nicki from Victor. Nicki defends Victor first.
He asks Nicki to talk to Dylan before things go too far. Nicki goes to see Dylan to support him and defend Victor at the same time.

Dylan/Victor/Cop shop- Victor tells Dylan to stop playing games and get down to it. Dylan knows he framed Adam. Victor thtreatens Dylan. Says this is harrassment. Dylan says "due dilligence".
When Dylan puts recording device on, Victor uses that smug smile of his and says---"I confess to loving my son Adam, wanting only the best for him---you guess the rest.........ie: making a fool out of Dylan.
Paul comes up and gets mad, says Victor is free to go. (Victor came in on his own)
When paul realizes that Victor started it, he gets calmer. Dylan accuses Paul of taking Victor's side. Dylan WILL NOT GIVE UP, no way in hell!.
Paul says apologize, Dylan says he will NOT grovel at Victor's feet. He is going to go down.

Jack/Ash/Jabot- Ash still thinks Billy just had "emotional " thing with Phyllis. Jack knows it must have been much more and leaves the office in a rush.

Drunk Billy/Redhead/lab- neat tequila for both. Intent upon her red hair. Bikinis all over office. Bottle in Billy's hand.
Jack watching from the door as Billy smooches and twined around redhead.

Therapist/Phyllis/---Phyllis is glad her secret is out. Therapist tells her that she may lose her husband so be careful about her disclosure. "WHAT DO I DO?"
(Cannot type all the psychobabble) Talks about other affairs. (?Nick? Marco?)
Phyllis breaks down when she says that with Marco, there were many signs, but in "some deep dark place, she did nothing to question it or to stop it".
I ignored the signs. I chose this affair with Billy. I lied. I am not innocent. Tell me what to do! "

Jack/Billy/ lab---Model leaves in a hurry. Jack mentions his list of past bimbos. "That half dressed bimbo could be the love of my life!"
Jack--Funny, I thought Phyllis was!" Billy says "Remind me never to tell Ashley ANYTHING again." He tries to snow Jack.

Tell me the TRUTH!---Are you in love with my wife? Billy grits his teeth--"Yes-I am"....Jack grabs Billy's lapels, and sends him crashing across the table.
Billy acting like a drunken fool. Another toss on the floor. Billy does some chest thumping and cheek smacking and challenges Jack.
jack gets out to find more answers. billy pours another drink then smashes the glass at the wall.

Ash/Jabot/Billy--Where is Phyllis? Ash impatient and asks if that is appropriate. Billy starts to blame Ashley for "ripping his family apart!"
Like it is all HER fault. Then Ashley yells "you lied to me! You had SEX with your brother's wife!" Ash--don't you DARE put this on ME!"

Jack/therapist parking lot- Jack watches as Phyllis leaves the therapist office in a flurry. Bewildered.
Abbott mansion/Phyllis-Phyllis looking through papers. Jack comes up behind her. "What are YOU doing here? I thought you had a meeting?"
Jack confronts Phyllis who tries to deflect. "I put a stop to it" (no admission of sex)...This is all my fault, and it is because of Victor!"
Jack wants the truth. Phyllis' face like stone.

Victor/man/Paul/GCAC--Paul comes up to Victor's table at GCAC, and tries to placate Victor but the man at the table hands Paul a restraining order
for Dylan.

Preview: Victoria examining the mess in the Jabot office left by Billy and Jack-----Ashley serious talk with Billy---Phyllis and Jack, "YES or NO"...at the Abbott house.

The confrontation with Jack and Billy was great. I'm not team Billy at all (they gross me out really), but his responses to Jack were great.

I am ready for them to figure out the Adam thing though. Hurry up already!!

Billy is a wild boy...always has been and always will be and people need to stop coddling him...he is a grown man that chooses life on the edge and no one but Billy can change that.....I think everyone down on him, and rightly so, causes him to be worse and make him feel more like a failure....

Want Jack to punch Billy....he should be punched....I know I know violence never solved anything..But still want Jack to knock him out!

Phyllis needs to be kicked to the curb.....

FRIDAY US SPOILER!

Long Day's Journey into Night at the Abbott homestead: Jack--"Did you sleep with Billy? Annoyed at Phyllis not looking at him--"YES OR NO"!!!
Phyllis, shaking, "Yes. Yes I did."...stuttering, frantic..It's OVER...I was unable to talk to you, ....I was confused!"

The why, the where, the how many, but not the HOW---Phyllis: It started the first night of the foundation benefit.
Jack- it's all so CLEAR now. What about the cabin on my birthday? You got drunk and passed out! Was that all about Billy?
You could not stand to be with me at the cabin!
Phyllis---"Jack, I lost my way.!" It was all about Victor! .....Jack: "I hung on by my fingernails, because I thought we were worth it!" Did you discuss me,
laugh at my expense?"..."Good for you Red! Wanting to come clean!" ....Phyllis "I was overwhelmed. I did not want to break your heart!"
Jack-"So now is Billy an addiction?." "You are a COWARD!" ....Phyllis.."there is more. Jill found out. She used it against me!"
Jack: "You mean she used it to get Billy back with Victoria! You had to stop it ! Not because you wanted to!"
Phyllis: I cannot lose you. I PUT TOO MUCH INTO THIS MARRIAGE!"....JACK: did you love him......admit it! Phyllis: I loved you both!
But I chose YOU in the end!
Jack ---IN THE END! THIS IS THE END! You just destroyed us! I hope it was worth it!...Jack slams the door behind him.
Phyllis throws herself to the floor and does one of those dark night of the soul things with the wringing hands.

Billy-Ashley-Jabot--Billy explains that he and P had a connection. Ashley hates the word connection.
Billy still lays blame on Ashley, if she had just kept quiet. Ashley does not allow this, and tells Billy Jack and Phyllis were doomed from the moment they
first slept together. How are you going to recover from all this........Billy tells Ash to stop punishing him.
He walks to wall and writes in black ink---PHYLLIS LOVES JACK.

Neil--Lilly-GCAC--grandmother talk.--Lilly is pleased that Neil had a good time with his mother. All about the alcoholism, and
that she did not run out on him but tried to save him. Neil: mistake not to read her letters, but we made it up.
Neil wonders where Jack is, they have an interview on the rooftop with journalist.

Victoria-Travis-Cane--View the disaster of Billy and Jack at the lab, and pickup the mess. See the tequila bottle on the table and Travis holds up a bikini.
Billy shows up and Victoria asks him did he forget his bottle.
Billy tells Victoria he does not give a damn about Jill or anyone else. He is tired of being micromanaged by his mother and everyone else.
Billy and Travis have words and Billy says Travis is just a guy sleeping with his wife. Travis tells him to watch his mouth.

Cane is delighted that his advantage over Billy may now allow him to be the head of B&S. He gives Lilly a bracelet, and tells her the good news.

Victoria-Billy- lab..Victoria wants answers from Billy.He puts her off. Victoria: You know where to find me....when Victoria is down on her knees looking for something
Phyllis barges into the lab blurting--I TOLD JACK--HE KNOWS ABOUT US!....Victoria gets up, and says : Knows about WHAT!
You had an affair with Phyllis!
Phyllis complains that she just got EVISCERATED BY JACK SO SAVE IT! Victoria To Phyllis: You had an affair with Nick, and now you cheated on Jack again with his brother!
Victoria to Billy: You are a complete and utter disappointment to everyone who loves you! Silence in the lab when she leaves.

Rooftop--Neil-Lois from GC buzz-waiting for Jack. Ashley has warned Neil that Jack may not be at the interview. Lois has got a new journalist job--not so tabloid.
Jack rushes into interview and Ash tries to take him aside, but he grits his teeth and bites his lip, and says he will do the interview.

MONDAY US SPOILER!!!

Blame Game vs There's a New Therapist in Town

GCAC hallway--Nick consoling Summer, who heard the smut on all the media overnight. Nick says Phyllis needs her and Summer says " We need to worry about JACK!"
Phyllis enters GCAC wearing black fedora, and accosted by a sleazy GCAC buzz "why did you sleep with your husband's brother".....
Nick deals with sleazy tabloid crew.

Summer at the bar. Summer blames Phyllis for the media circus.
You threw that Luca stuff in my face while betraying Jack! He is too good for you! You don't deserve him!
More about how Jack supported both of them. Phyllis' face crumpled mask of misery.

Victoria/Travis/Billy--house. Billy comes through door and tells "the bartender" to "skedaddle" . Billy claims he is taking the kids out despite Victoria not wanting them in the media circus.
Vic and Billy argue about parenting when Travis says--"Turn around and walk out the door!"
Billy backed down and left the house. Then Victoria gets on Travis' case, since she felt she should have handled it. Blame game begins.
Travis says "did Billy not tend bar for a while?"........

Neil on phone/ GCAC office- Neil on phone doing Foundation damage control. Cane, Devon, lilly saw TV coverage. Lots of darts thrown at Jack
but Neil understands Jack's motivation. Neil: "How do I keep Jack from going where I did?"

Jack/Jill/Mansion--Jack in shock/grim faced. Jill.."I did not mean for this to happen"....Jack--"why did you not tell me?" Another coward comment.
Lots of "ifs and whys" then Jack points at Jill and says "you will pay for this betrayal!"

Nick/ Lilly/ Sleazy tabloid press- At GCAC Nick is working too hard to get tabloids off the scent, and Lilly threatens them with police.
Sleazy journalist plays the " Winters family skeletons" card with smug expression on face.."I like a good story"...Lilly "are you threatening me?"
They still hover around the outside for dirt.

Nick Newman PhD/ Phyllis- all past affairs on the table today. The two rationalize their past behaviour. Nick says "you were just who I needed you to be
at the time!" Phyllis claims that "Billy was the most solid thing I had to hang on to at the time."

Foundation office: Neil meets with Jack. Jack wants only to talk foundation business. Neil talks sponsor talk: Avoid revenge. Will it be worth it?
You are too close to backsliding into substance abuse. Jack denies the substance abuse.

Summer/C park/flashbacks with Phyllis in her mind- Nick Newman PhD therapy, sits down and counsels Summer on bench. OK: "parents are people too"..."also make mistakes"..."life is not black and white". Summer tells him she learned all that LONG AGO! Also that Phyllis "deserved more than what I gave her!"
When Nick tells Summer Phyllis needs her, Summer tells Nick JACK NEEDS ME MORE!
Then she hits Nick with the zinger.."You cheated with Mom too!"! They kiss and leave it at that.

Abbott Home: Jack comes in to find Phyllis sitting at the foot of the staircase, advised by Nick to try again with Jack.
Phyllis starts up with the Victor excuse, and Jack is hardly listening.
He said that he was happy that she had Billy to help her out. Calls himself blind and stupid, gullible.

He tells Phyllis---GET OUT OF JABOT BUSINESS, GET OUT OF HERE, GIVE ME A DIVORCE!

TUESDAY US SPOILER

Jabot lab/ gang- Bickering between two who cannot work together. Jill cuts it short. Word in private with Victoria.
Billy sarcastic with Cane, who is trying to move forward. Billy worried about P&J, Cane snips "NOW you are worried?" but hurriedly
apologizes.
In private---Jill--"My idiot son!"---Victoria "I am tired of cleaning up his messes!" Jill counsels Victoria about the future of Katie and Johnny and Billy as Dad.

Victor/Nicki/chamber music at ranch---Victor chuckling over mess with Phyllis and Billy. "Phyllis not known for her fidelity. Only one person to blame for this."
"Jack Abbott brought to his knees (great satisfaction) by his brother that punk Billy Boy! I hope you (Nicki) understand my motives better now?

Abbott Mansion- Phyllis--"don't give up on us!"...Jack--Why? You sure as hell did !"....Jack tells her she put a "blow torch to their marriage".
Jack remembers the Adam Memorial--WHAT WERE YOU DOING?...save your breath......
Jack storms out again...Phyllis heaving and choking on tears.

Sharon/Nick-C Park--Nick telling Sharon that Chelsea said.."Stay the hell out of her life". Sharon tells him to use his Nick Newman charm.

Rooftop/Kevin/Michael--Kevin.."Chloe is hiding something". Michael tells kevin to stay out of Chloe/Bella's business or he will alienate Chloe.

Chloe/Chelsea/Dylan/CL-Chloe grumbling about Dylan and his persistence and nosiness. Dylan gets off phone and tells them both that Victor has placed a restraining order
on him and there will be no more snooping. Chelsea.."Since when has that ever stopped you?". Dylan--"it could send me to jail!"
Chelsea reminds Dylan she has a son to raise, and the order is a good thing for everyone.

Meanwhile back at the Abbott home: Phyllis pleads with Jack a lot more and starts screaming about the fact he was not listening and she felt empty.
Jack said that she basically wanted revenge and she found a great way to pay him back. He then says "You are worse than Victor " (ouch!)
Phyllis frantic--don't leave! ...Jack tells her that after his kidnapping, SHE was his reason for surviving. Then, that Phyllis knew exactly what she was doing, with Billy.
Now you can get what you wanted!
When he leaves, Phyllis slumps down on the inside of the Abbott door sobbing and breathless.

Michael/Phyllis/Abbott mansion-Michael gives Phyllis support and advice --on the "Hot mess she has made for herself!"
Discusses "Lauren and Carmine"...."we healed".
After discussion and pep talk, Phyllis is given new energy to "try again with Jack, no matter WHAT she has to do!"

Jack/Victor/Nicki/ranch--Nicki advised to leave Jack and Victor alone. Victor asks Jack if he wants a drink!!!! Says some fall off the wagon at times like this!"You don't mind if I have one do you?....Jack says he has not fallen off the wagon.
Marco talk. Victor takes no responsibility for his trouble, and says that "He had nothing to do with Billy Boy! Billy took advantage of a damaged woman!"
Jack tells Victor he will have nothing to do with the TOXIC WARS you wage!

Nick/condo/Chelsea/constantly hovering Chloe--Chelsea wants Nick to give her space. Nick says he is there for her when she wants it.
He shares his experience with losses.

CL/Dylan/ Sharon/Nicki--Dylan wonders if Nicki is happy about the restraining order. Nicki did not know. Sharon tells Nicki they need to be alone.
Dylan is slightly sarcastic about Sharon getting what she wanted.

Jabot Commercial Shoot with Actress/gang- lots of suabbling between Victoria and Billy, to Cane and Jill---who were required to speak for Victoria and Billy because they would not
address one another, disagreements about perfume or model placement etc.....Jill demands everyone be professional and Cane gets irritated.

It seems some good drama is coming in November. I'm ready to see where this will all go and who will be the new (or old) Adam. He better get back soon because Nick will have taken his wife before long. Nick has a lot of drama filled people he's dealing with right now. Maybe he needs a white stallion to ride in on and take care of them all.

Jack with "undercut" hair/Rock music thumping/ Jabot offices-

Jack orders the receptionist to box up all Phyllis' stuff and get it off the property, then barks other requests. Stern face. Ashley comes into office to find Jack trying to erase
Billy's "Jack Loves Phyllis" in blackmarker on wall. Jack thinks Billy was "mocking him". Ash calls for maintenance.
Jack: NO MORE MR. NICE GUY! Victor, Jill, and anyone else who had a play in this is on my list and will pay a big price.
Ash tells Jack to focus on the good things, he is a good man.

Lab/gang--Bickering, product promotion. Cane is fed up, "do this on your own time".

Phyllis/GCAC buzz-Phyllis in a white blazer, barks at the pesky tabloid press, who ask "Who is better in bed Phyllis? Husband or his brother?"
She turns on them and says "OK-since you are doing the Lord's Work--I'll give you all the gorey details!"
I betrayed my vows, I take responsibility, just leave Jack out of this, do not harrass him.

Summer/Phyllis/elevator--tells Phyllis she will talk to Jack in her defence, but don't get her hopes up!

Jack/Summer/Ash/Jabot- Jack hugs Summer. Summer tries pleading for Phyllis. Jack: "I will always be there for you. The DIVORCE
will not change that.

Victoria/Billy/ lab--Victoria has seen the TV interview and tells Billy Phyllis called them a "mistake". Billy face solemn.
Cane calls it quits--THIS IS NOT WORKING! Billy once again deflects blame on Cane---(You lied about being my brother)
Cane leaves in a disgusted attitude. Billy faces Victoria and tells her `Phyllis and I loved each other. We planned several times to have a life together."

Travis/C Park/Jill- Travis running--barechested-C Park, meets Jill (she runs?) Jill offers him a job which he right away knows is to get him out of town away from Victoria.
He then tells her to remove the price tag from her trainers next time! (he is slightly irritated that she said he was living off of Victoria's money.)

Foundation Blues/Neil, Lilly, Devon--after they see Phyllis declaration on a screen, Lilly decides the foundation may be OK now.
Jack has called a meeting.

Lab/Victoria/Billy/Travis-Victoria in a slight shock after Billy declares his love for Phyllis. Travis can tell there is something wrong.
She has no words for him.
Jill/Cane/GCAC--he hands Jill the TV session on a PAD--says he is fed up with Victoria and Billy and her plan.

Jabot/gathering for meeting--Ash in hallway stops Phyllis--no! I knew 3 years ago you were POISON for Jack.
Billy arrives and defends Phyllis. Ashley tells both of them they are in a contest for who can sink the lowest!
Phyllis is guilty and Billy is romantic---Ash has told Jack to get rid of her---Jack enters the hall and sees P&B whispering. 'Spit it out Phyllis-
Your husband and your lover can't wait to hear it!" Jack looks dapper and defiant. 'Get a room you two!"
Billy suddenly looks serious "I have a meeting to attend".

Jack says to Phyllis--You took our marriage to a smutty website! Now it is lawyers only. We are DONE, DONE!
Phyllis hears a noise in the office and sees a maintenance man sanding Billy's writing off the wall.
Phyllis has LEFT THE BUILDING.

Foundation meeting/Ash/Jack/Neil/Devon/Lilly/Billy- Jack apologizes to board. Says OLD JACK IS BACK--no more piety, decency, hypocrisy
redemption not real etc etc---in short---I quit!

Preview: Tabloid guy asking Jack if it is true he beat up his wife?...... Phyllis in hospital bed with O2 tube in nose--Billy pleading with her.

Looks like we may not be waiting too long for the next Adam. I'm seeing a lot of speculation, in other articles, that it may be Micheal Muhney. I sure hope it is.

THURSDAY US SPOILER

Foundation meeting: Jack has just quit. Clamour from all at meeting--NO! Lost his faith in the cause because of his brother. It's a lost cause!
Billy goes on one of his "blame game rants" ...says "take your martyrdom and SHOVE IT!" P turned to me BECAUSE OF YOU!"...almost a fight but Ash holds Billy off
and Neil and Devon hold off Jack.....Hilary comes in late and Ash shoves the still mouthy Billy out of the door. Hilary distressed by Jack leaving and quitting.
Neil follows Jack to hall and tells him not to go to that "dark place". Jack--"I want no part of this"...leaves.
Hilary tries to go to Jack but Neil shrugs the hand off his arm.

Jabot office- Hilary tries to smooth the waters with " I saw Phyllis on TV. She loves you and is sorry. She chooses you!"
Jack: LUCKY ME! For all I care Billy can ROT IN HELL!

GCAC bar- Phyllis - Martini lunch with olives. Nicki arrives to give advice. Phyllis is deadpan and dismissive. Nicki is getting a little too inquisitive
with dangerous territory. Phyllis: please let me finish my drink in peace. Phyllis says: I have tried everything.
Nicki: Crying into a martini? (Phyllis not crying) That's not the Phyllis I know!

Lab- Victoria and Travis discuss her "space" at messy time. He thinks a place of his own would be better.
Nicki comes to talk to Victoria and she admits to some regret over Billy being "in love with Phyllis". Hates herself for clinging to old
feelings. Nicki asks if Travis is "the real thing" with a sly smile on her face.
Victoria returns to the house and convinces Travis that he should stay and be part of their lives, kids too. "Is that an order?" Kiss.

Foundation- Devon and Lilly discuss and argue about Hilary. Devon says " I am proof that people can change, Hilary too."

Billy at mansion--Looks at Kay's portrait back on the wall. Pours Scotch right away and slugs it down. Neil knocks at door.
Billy says "Quit? No problem!" neil starts to tell him he needs "The Steps" program.. Booze, gambling, women, Phyllis etc...all signs of addiction.
Admit it---make amends to the people you hurt! Neil leaves after touching Billy's shoulder.

Ashley comes over, Billy starts right in on the blame game again. Ashley--YOU blew up Jack's life! Focus on your own damn life! keep away from Phyllis!
Billy continues to blame her and Jack.
Ashley---"You are selfish and immature! The next time you need my help, when you screwup and hit rock bottom, because you do it so well, DON"T CALL ME FOR HELP!
She blasts out.

Nosy Nicki at Jabot office- She tells Ashley that she told Phyllis to try again with Jack and Ash tells her that is the worst thing to do! Phyllis tore the heart out of Jack's chest!

Phyllis/Abbott house/ Jack comes in, stone faced at Phyllis. Phyllis says : FROM THE DEPTHS OF MY SOUL, I ASK YOUR FOREGIVENESS!
Jack with sarcasm : I foregive you Phyllis--We are GONE.....(Billy/visuals of bed at cabin etc) Get OUT OF THIS HOUSE, NEVER SET FOOT IN IT AGAIN!

Phyllis gets frantic with Jack on the stairwell and he tries to ply her off---(a scene right out of "Gone With The Wind" and Scarlet and Rhett)
she falls down and Billy on cue comes through the door. "What did you do to her?"

Preview: Abbey and Ashley talking.....cop shop, Paul and Kevin, call from Abbott mansion........Billy "what did you do to her?" to Jack who is horrified. ( no TV journalist as in last preview)

Nice to see the old Jack back... Didn't like the sweet kinder guy so much mostly when it came to his nemesis Victor... I like the revengeful Jack... Be kind to me or watch out...and Jack is right and I always felt the Foundation was built from a strange group of people ... Think about the back ground of the group still playing games one way or another... jack is right ... iMovie you can't help someone take a stick out of their eye when you have a board in your own...

Ok so Phyllis and Billy ..... jack had no problem having Neil, Devon and Hillary in the foundation knowing how that went down... So like I said with the stick and board .. Hypocracy at best

FRIDAY US SPOILER!!!

Abbott house/Jack/Phyllis--Jack in high irritation starts up the stiarcase saying he is going to pack a bag for Phyllis --she is frantically trying to stop him and he tries to get her off of him-she
falls down the stairs and ends at the bottom. Billy bursts through the door--"What did you DO TO HER? "....Jack shocked and motionless.
Billy starts barking orders at Jack while Jack leans over Phyllis and calls her name. Appears unconscious. Billy uses cell to call ambulance.
Ambulance arrives and Billy tells Jack he has no right to do anything more---Driver says to Billy--NEXT OF KIN ONLY!

Cop Shop/Dylan/Kevin--Paul says "woman has fallen down stairs at Abbott estate" but Kevin clues in and men race off.
Dylan shows up at scene and wants answers from Billy who just wants to go to hospital. Billy said he did not see what happened.
He adds that " All we have is JACK'S VERSION!"

Hospital/Summer/Jack--Summer believes that Jack would not hurt Phyllis. Jack tells her " if only love were enough".......

GCAC/Abbey/Ashley--Ashley tells Abbey that "we are a reality show now"....."Jack and Billy should RUN, as far as possible away from Phyllis and don't look back!"
Abbey says "Billy is never right about anything!" Then "passion is over -rated." Ashley interprets this to be about Ben.

Chloe/Chelsea/condo--tablet gossip, Chloe defends Billy more than once. Chelsea busies herself with a red dress for Chloe to wear on a date with Kevin.
Chloe seems to be persistent in her defence of Billy.

Outdoor cafe/C Park /Faith/Mariah--Faith tells Mariah that Kevin has a date with Chloe. Chit chat bewteen two while Kevin shows up in white blazer
Mariah comments on flashy clothes and makes a mess of tying his tie.

Chelsea/Condo--Kevin shows up looking quite dashing. Chloe looks hipster in red dress with black pleather and zips, spike heels for date.

GCAC/Kevin/Chloe--Kevin says the chef has special order---Burger AVEC Fromage---they laugh. After food Kevin wants more bubbly but Chloe wants to go home to Bella.
Kevin gives Chloe a kiss, and she acts friendly but not romantic.

Abbey/Stitch/Hospital--tense talk, Abbey looks like she is wanting to separate from Stitch. He looks like they have no communication.

Hospital/Stitch/Dylan/Billy--Stitch, Dylan and Billy are all generating heat about this occurrance that is based on nothing. Billy is ready to "beat the Jack drums" and keeps wanting to
go in Phyllis' room although she is still "asleep".

Mariah/condo--Chelsea brings Faith for a sleepover playdate, and Chelsea asks her to stay for company. She says that she and Chloe "seem to be attached at the hip
these days." Eating ice cream. Asks Mariah about her feelings about Kevin and Chloe and Mariah is not saying much, except that she cares about him.
She does say that Chloe has changed, and is dubious about her.

Hospital-Paul and Dylan interrogate Jack. He does not hold anything back. He says he did not hurt Phyllis, they just argued and she fell.
he blames Victor, who started this whole process, "AND GOT AWAY WITH IT!" After he leaves room Paul knows Dylan will be "over-processing this information" about Victor.
Ashley runs into Billy and Billy says "Jack caused this!" He looks into Phyllis' room.

Jack passes Phyllis' room and sees Billy holding her hand, and leaves. As Billy talks to her, Phyllis smiles and opens eyes.

Preview: TV tabloid press guy asking Jack if it is true he "beat up his wife?"....... Victoria angry with Jill at lab, 'Billy and I are not getting back together!......Billy at Phyllis' hospital bed
telling her that "you love me too, and we can be together".
