WEDNESDAY US SPOILER
GCAC
Phyllis finds Billy at the bar and he says he is drinking iced tea. She chastises him for spending big money on a horse. Billy says it was for a good cause. Billy gets a call from the bookie, Gill, asking for his money. Phyllis asks him what he is going to do. Jack arrives and asks “do about what?” Billy says he has a business prospect and Jack offers to help. Billy says he will handle it and leaves. Jack asks Phyllis what is really going on with Billy. She says Billy was telling the truth, that he is looking at something potential but isn’t ready to bring Jack in on it. Jack is glad Billy is being cautious.
Jack spots Ashley and follows her. He says Ashley’s actions lately are very unlike her. She says she almost died in the fire and she has reassessed her life. She goes in to see Abby.
Luca comes to Marisa’s suite and says they are going to Abby’s wedding. She says they are not invited and he says they will be. He says Adam likes him and he and Adam are working on a plan together. Marisa says Adam is a manipulator who hates his father and warns Luca to be careful.
Abby is getting ready for her wedding with all the ladies there. Traci asks why Abby keeps checking her phone. Abby says she was hoping Jenna would reconsider and let Max come to the wedding.
Adam arrives and asks Abby to invite Luca and Marisa to the wedding. Everyone thinks it’s a bad idea. He says he is not trying to cause trouble but there has been so much animosity between families so what better way than to extend an invitation to try and keep the peace. Nikki says it’s a good idea and Abby agrees. Adam leaves.
Vicky gives Abby earrings as something borrowed, Traci gives a sapphire bracelet, which was Colleen’s and Ashley gives a handkerchief with the letter A on it that John gave Ashley when she was a little girl. Ashley and Abby exchange loving words then she, Traci and Nikki leave.
Lab
Neil finds Hilary at the lab. Dr. N. says he needed to take blood samples from her. Dr. N says he will be Ashley’s escort and leaves. Hilary asks Neil to give her a lift to the wedding. Hilary asks if he was avoiding her at Christmas and he says no, Lily needed him.
NE
Victor, Adam and Noah finish up a meeting and Adam says he has something to do. Noah asks if Victor knows what Adam is up to. Victor says he doesn’t. Victor says he thinks Adam may be getting Chelsea. He tells Noah to concentrate on getting the Santories out of NE and leaves.
Tower
Dylan asks Ben if he is having second thoughts. Ashley arrives. Ben thanks Ashley for making everything so beautiful. After Ashley leaves Ben tells Dylan that Abby is the woman for him. He just wishes Max could be there.
Faith arrives and says she likes the penthouse but she misses Sully and doesn’t spend as much time with him. Sage offers to drive her to Sharon’s to spend the day with him.
Devon and Lily arrive together because Cane is sick. Devon tells her he and Hilary spent time together as friends over Christmas.
Dr. N arrives and Ben grabs him and says he is surprised Ashley invited him. Ben says he is keeping his eye on Ashley because she is a good friend. He warns Dr. N not to disappoint her.
Kevin asks Billy for the money. Billy says he will have the money by the next day. Kevin says he better or he will find someone else to fund the project and Billy will be out.
Neil and Hilary arrive. Devon and Hilary exchange meaningful glances.
Billy takes Jack aside and asks him for start-up capital of $2.2 million. Jack says Jabot is in a desperate state and he says he needs to know more about this project. Billy is reluctant to say anything about the project. Jack refuses to give him the money without a business plan. Billy thanks Jack for supporting him and leaves.
Nick questions Noah about working at NE while Marisa is there with her husband. Luca and Marisa arrive with Adam. Victor approaches them and asks what they are doing there. He says this is a family gathering and wants them out of there. Adam says he checked with Abby first and she agreed. Victor doubts that but Nikki backs Adam. Adam and Luca go for a drink. Luca couldn’t believe how cruel Victor was to Adam. Adam says this is normal but they have to put their plan into action immediately.
Marisa tells Noah she tried to talk Luca out of coming. Noah says he is not going to stop telling her he loves her because one day she will see Luca for who he really is and Noah will be there waiting for her.
Abby arrives on Victor’s arm. The ceremony begins and Ashley faints.
Garage
In the parking garage Billy is accosted by Gill who is looking for his money.
Day Ahead
- Ben bends over Ashley and says Ash it’s Ben, can you hear me
- Vicky tells Jack that Billy mentioned he had irons in the fire. Jack says those irons are probably horses that didn’t win

THURSDAY US SPOILER
The Wedding
The ceremony begins and Ashley faints. Ben comes to help her. Ashley says she is okay. Dr. N says she hasn’t eaten but everyone wants to get her to the hospital. She says she is fine and she is not going anywhere until Ben and Abby say “I do”.
Abby and Ben say their own vows. Abby points out how when Ben first met her he said she was high maintenance. Ben mentions that Abby was there for him when his sister died. Jack winces. They swear their love for each other and are pronounced husband and wife.
Ben asks if they get to leave on their honeymoon now. Abby says they have to wait.
Victor makes a speech and everyone toasts the newlyweds.
Dylan makes a speech and calls Ben his hero and describes what Ben did as a soldier. Another toast.
Vicky makes a speech saying how well Abby and Ben work together. She gets emotional and cannot seem to finish what she was saying so Chelsea finishes the speech for her.
Abby and Ben have their first dance.
Dr. N asks if Ashley got something to eat to keep up her pretense. He says they are both liars and wants to know what she is hiding. Ashley leaves.
Adam asks Sage how things are between her and Nick and she asks about him and Chelsea both admitting they are great.
Summer gets Ben dancing with Ashley. Ben tells Ashley to go to the hospital and have tests run. She refuses. Ben says this is now a New Year’s party and he wants to start 2016 alone with her and they leave.
Dr. N tells Ashley she looks like hell and wants to know what’s wrong. He says he wants to help her. She says he can’t help her and she walks out, right past a concerned Jack.
Sharon and Dylan leave.
Nick asks Sage if she is doing okay and she hugs him. Victor interrupts. Sage tells Victor that Nick and Faith have moved into her penthouse.
Luca confirms with Adam that their plan is still a go.
Devon and Hilary toast to the New Year while Neil tells Nikki that he wishes Hilary could stop thinking he was her man.
Vicky is unset that Billy didn’t show up. Jack blames himself and says he and Billy had an argument and Billy was looking to fund a project. Vicky says that Billy mentioned he had irons in the fire. Jack says those irons are probably horses that didn’t win. Vicky leaves. Phyllis chastises Jack for bursting Vicky’s bubble since it looks like she wants to forgive Billy and Billy should be his priority. Jack says Ashley is his priority.
Everyone brings in the New Year. Kevin and Mariah kiss. Phyllis tells Jack she loves him but he makes her crazy. He says ditto.
Michael kisses everyone. Marisa and Luca kiss as Noah watches. Hilary wishes Devon Happy New year and heads towards Neil. Neil grabs Nikki and kisses her which upsets Hilary. Neil tells Hilary that Nikki is a close friend and he is moving on with his life. He kisses Hilary on the cheek and leaves.
Garage
In the garage Gill grabs Billy and says he owes him money and they are going to do this now. Billy says he has never stiffed him before and he will get his money tomorrow. Billy says the Abbotts always pay their bills and Gill will get his money tomorrow. Billy gets beaten up by Gill’s henchman. Gill tells his henchman he was not to hit Billy’s face. Gill tells Billy he expects his money tomorrow.
Abby wants to call Ashley. Ben tells Abby they can go back up to the party. She says she is happy to be starting the New Year with him. They don’t see an unconscious Billy against the wall.
Billy regains consciousness. Noah comes down, gets in the car and accidentally reverses running over Billy. Not realizing what happened he drives off as Marisa arrives. She sees Billy and calls 911.
Lab
Ashley is in the lab trying to figure out a formula and has an angry outburst. Dr. N arrives and says that somewhere in this mess there is a cure for her. She says not for her. He guesses she left Jabot for a personal reason. Ashley tells him she had an aneurysm and the surgery went well and now she has a tumor. Dr. N says he intends to see to it that she lives the life she deserves. She says he can’t help her. Dr. N says he will find a solution for her or she will die. He wants her to commit to finding a cure and asks if she is in or out. She agrees but wants him to promise no one will know about this. He agrees and wishes her a happy New Year.
Abby and Ben
Ben carries Abby over the threshold of their suite. They make love before leaving for their flight. After wishing each other a happy New Year they leave for their flight.
Sharon, Dylan
At home Sharon and Dylan start their own countdown.
Day Ahead
- Paul tells Marisa he wants to find the driver who did this to Billy
- Vicky tells Jack and Phyllis Billy is in that room because of the choices he made and has done this to himself
- Jill tells Billy to wake up and tell her to shut up

MONDAY US SPOILER
GCPD
Paul asks Marisa to give him all the details she can remember and says he wants to find the driver who did this to Billy. Paul tells her he can protect her and her anonymity. She says it was dark and she barely saw Billy. Paul tells her that Billy lost DD to a hit and run driver. She says she saw no one but Billy.
Newmans
Nikki asks Victor how he can be so cold. Nikki says when you love you also forgive. Victor says Billy tried to destroy NE, Billy is a gambler and was beaten up by his bookie.
CL
Kevin tells Mariah he had a lot riding on Billy’s funding but Billy is a good guy and he is worried about him.
Noah tells Mariah and Kevin he feels terrible for Billy and he wishes he could have stayed longer at the party and could have helped Billy. Kevin and Mariah tell Noah that Billy was trying to raise money for a business investment and says he shouldn’t have pushed Billy so hard. Noah the only one responsible is the person who hit Billy with the car.
Marisa arrives and Kevin and Mariah leave for the police station to see if they can get an update.
Marisa tells Noah she just came from the police station because she saw the driver of the car. Noah asks why she didn’t tell the Paul who it was. Marisa says he was the one who hit Billy. She asks if he remembers sitting something. He says he hit a parking block. She says she followed him and saw him drive off and found Billy in the spot Noah just left. Noah says he has to go to the police. Marisa tells him not to say anything. Noah says he can’t lie and this is not who he is. He leaves and Marisa follows.
The Lab
Dr. N tells Ashley to call Abby and tell her what happened to Billy. Ashley refuses says that someone in her family deserves some happiness. Ashley wants more information before she calls Abby. Dr. N asks her what happens if Billy dies and Abby couldn’t be here. Ashley agrees that Abby should hear the news from her. Ashley calls Abby and says there is no reason for them to cut their honeymoon short.
Memorial
Vicky lets Jill have time with Billy alone. Jill accuses everyone of abandoning Billy. Jill wants Billy to wake up and kick death in the face or wake up for the kids.
Jack and Phyllis are out in the hall and Phyllis asks Jack why he wouldn’t give Billy the money. Vicky comes out and says none of them are at fault. Billy is in that room because of the choices he made and has done this to himself. She says her heart is breaking and wants Billy with her. Phyllis says he wanted to raise money for a business venture. Phyllis says Jack sees Billy as a loser and that Jack and Vicky pushed Billy to where he is now. Vicky says that Phyllis is laying the blame on her but after Jack got off the pills he chose to stay off them. Billy chose to go back to drinking and gambling.
Nikki and Victor arrive as Jill comes out of Billy’s room and asks Victor what the hell he is doing there. Victor says he is there for Vicky. Phyllis takes a distraught Jill for coffee. She invites Jack but he refuses to go. Jack says Victor has some gall being there after what he did to Jack’s family. Victor tells Jack the reason Billy is in hospital is because of Jack. Jack tells Victor not to be there when he gets back.
Jill bumps into Dr. N and asks if there is any news on Billy. Dr. Shelby comes out and says Dr. N has no standing in this hospital. Dr. Shelby tells Jill Dr. N is the one who played Dr. Frankenstein with Hilary. Jill says he helped Hilary and Ashley defends him. Dr. N leaves.
Vicky wants Victor to leave because he is upsetting the Abbotts. Noah and Marisa arrive. Noah says he has to tell them something about Billy’s accident. Just as Noah was about to say something, Billy’s monitors go off. Dr. Shelby runs in to tend to Billy.
Victor tells Noah “whatever you were going to say, don’t. It’s not going to do a damned thing to save Billy”.
Back at the Lab
Later Dr. N looks over Billy’s chart, which he faxed to the lab and says “they are going to kill him”.
Back at GCPD
Mariah and Kevin arrive and ask Paul if he had any news. Mariah accuses Marisa of always leaving out a huge amount of detail, like she had a kid, a husband and drug dealing boyfriend. Kevin says he knew Billy needed money for a bet and maybe the bookie wasn’t interested in working out a lay away plan. Paul feels Kevin’s information seems more specific and if Kevin knows anything he needs to tell Paul everything now.
Abby, Ben
Abby gets a call from Ashley telling her about Billy but downplays his condition. Ben calls Dr. Shelby for an update. Dr. Shelby says Billy is in a coma and doesn’t know if he can help Billy. Abby asks if Billy is dying. Ben says Billy is in critical condition. Abby says if Billy is dying she needs to be with her family and Ben needs to help Billy pull through.
Day Ahead
- Everyone watches as Dr. Shelby tries to save Billy.

She invites Jack but he refuses to go. Jack says Victor has some gall being there after what he did to Jack’s family. Victor tells Jack the reason Billy is in hospital is because of Jack. Jack tells Victor not to be there when he gets back.
Jill bumps into Dr. N and asks if there is any news on Billy. Dr. Shelby comes out and says Dr. N has no standing in this hospital. Dr. Shelby tells Jill Dr. N is the one who played Dr. Frankenstein with Hilary. Jill says he helped Hilary and Ashley defends him. Dr. N leaves.
Vicky wants Victor to leave because he is upsetting the Abbotts. Noah and Marisa arrive. Noah says he has to tell them something about Billy’s accident. Just as Noah was about to say something, Billy’s monitors go off. Dr. Shelby runs in to tend to Billy.
Victor tells Noah “whatever you were going to say, don’t. It’s not going to do a damned thing to save Billy”.
Back at the Lab
Later Dr. N looks over Billy’s chart, which he faxed to the lab and says “they are going to kill him”.
Back at GCPD
Mariah and Kevin arrive and ask Paul if he had any news. Mariah accuses Marisa of always leaving out a huge amount of detail, like she had a kid, a husband and drug dealing boyfriend. Kevin says he knew Billy needed money for a bet and maybe the bookie wasn’t interested in working out a lay away plan. Paul feels Kevin’s information seems more specific and if Kevin knows anything he needs to tell Paul everything now.
Abby, Ben
Abby gets a call from Ashley telling her about Billy but downplays his condition. Ben calls Dr. Shelby for an update. Dr. Shelby says Billy is in a coma and doesn’t know if he can help Billy. Abby asks if Billy is dying. Ben says Billy is in critical condition. Abby says if Billy is dying she needs to be with her family and Ben needs to help Billy pull through.

GCPD
Paul tells Kevin that he only has Marisa’s account of what happened to Billy and he doesn’t think she is totally forthcoming.
Paul brings Gill in for questioning about Billy’s assault. Billy’s phone shows many texts placing bets and it went to a burner phone which is almost impossible to track. Kevin sends a text that goes right to Gill’s phone. Paul says he wants the truth or Gill goes to jail. Gill says they had a bit of a scuffle but he did not hit Billy with his car. Paul tells Gill they are going to check his car to make sure he did not hit Billy.
Chelsea’s
Chelsea tells Adam she has Johnny and Katherine playing upstairs. The time she spent with him he was great. Adam says he and she are meant to be. She says Billy and Vicky were meant to be together. He tells her to go and be with Billy.
Memorial
Billy is in cardiac arrest and Dr. Shelby is attempting to stabilize him. Vicky is yelling at Billy to stay with her while Dr. Shelby is telling her to get out of the room.
Noah tells Victor what happened. Victor tells him that Billy gambled and he was beaten up for the money he owed. He says the bookie will probably be blamed for Billy’s condition. Noah says he doesn’t run from things he has done. Victor tells him if he tells the truth the repercussions will be enormous.
Nikki arrives and asks Noah if he is okay. He says he is just worried about Billy. Victor says Noah has to go to work with him. Nikki leaves and Noah says Marisa saw the whole thing.
Traci arrives and Jack tells her what happened to Billy. An angry Jill says not one of them cares whether Billy lives or dies because no one bothered to help him. Jill says all the Abbotts are just waiting for him to fail. Nikki says that is not fair. Jill lashes out saying Victor has treated Billy like dirt and Nikki has stood by him. She attacks Vicky accusing her of bailing on Billy when DD died and she always chose Victor over Billy. She accuses all the Abbotts of turning their backs on Billy. Nikki tells Jill the reason Billy is here is because he was gambling and was beaten up for the money he owed. Jill says she hurts so much and wants to blame somebody.
Dr. Shelby says they have stabilized Billy and asks Vicky if she is next of kin. Jill says Vicky gave up that right and she will sign whatever is necessary.
Chelsea arrives and comforts Vicky. Vicky says she was proud of Billy when he said he forgave Adam but when Adam was released Billy went to that dark place again. Chelsea says that Billy needs Vicky the most.
Ashley visits Billy and says Billy has a big heart and says that the whole family needs his big heart. She says she is the one who is supposed to die not him. Traci hears and asks her why Ashley would say that. Ash says the youngest should not die first. Traci says Billy has John’s fight and he will be fine.
Jack apologizes to Billy for not helping him when he needed it. He judged him and let him down. He says Billy has to come back to them and he will stand by his side now and forever.
Jill tells everyone that the pressure needs to be released from Billy’s brain His chances of surviving the surgery are 50/50. Vicky runs to Billy’s room and tells him that his son and daughter need him. She wants him to come back to her. She says it’s her and him forever.
With all the family members there, Jack says a prayer for Billy.
Newmans
Marisa tells Luca that she is worried she may not have done enough and Billy will die. Luca asks why she cares. Luca tells Marisa that he and Adam are going to dethrone their fathers. She says Adam will betray him. Marisa tells him he is playing a dangerous game. He says it’s his chance to make things right and knows what Adam is capable of.
Victor warns Marisa to tread carefully and not say anything about Noah. Marisa says they both want the same thing.
In Victor’s office Adam asks if Luca is ready to go ahead with their plan. Luca says he is and tells Adam to go ahead and report Victor. Adam says they agreed to fire at the same time or there was no deal. Lucca says he will let Adam know when he has enough information to move forward. Victor enters and asks “move forward on what”. They make up a story and Victor tells Adam this is his office and Adam is to conduct his business elsewhere. After Luca leaves Adam assure Victor that the Santories will be out of their lives and NE will be run by the one who should be.
Noah tells Marisa there is nothing right about keeping this secret but he is doing this for Vicky. Marisa tells him to change his tires and no one will be the wiser. She hugs Noah and Luca sees.

Dr. N says he saw Billy’s chart and knows his method would work. Ash asks them to listen to what Dr. N has to offer. Abby and Ben arrive. Ash tells Ben that Dr. N has questions about Billy’s surgery. Abby wants Ben to talk to both doctors, make a decision and talk to the family. They agree and the doctors leave.
Dr. Belfield and Ben agree that Dr. N’s method is unorthodox and dangerous. Dr. N insists his procedure will work. Ben says it may cost Billy his life to try some unproven therapy. Dr. N leaves.
Dr. Belfield says he and Ben agreed and they will proceed with the surgery. Ash asks why Abby is back. Abby asks Ash if she and Dr. N are getting close. Ash says Dr. N is inspiring and he gives people hope where there isn’t any. She leaves.

Vicky realizes that Victor wants to swoop in on the project.

Jack and Phyllis question Paul about the accident and Paul says the bookie’s car did not hit Billy. Paul wants to know what was going on in Billy’s life. Phyllis says Billy placed a huge bet on a horserace that didn’t go his way. Paul asks why Billy placed such a huge bet and why now. Jack says Billy asked for a business loan. Kevin says Billy wanted to invest in a project that he is working on but had no idea where Billy was getting the money. Kevin says he will find the person who hit Billy. Jack says Kevin owes him more than that. Kevin says he can’t divulge the details of his project because he is not the only one involved.
Ben and Abby arrive at the station and Ben’s son Max is there. Ben is overjoyed but asks Max about his mother. Max looks at Abby and says his mom is dead and Abby killed her.
Chelsea’s
Chelsea tells Adam she is grateful she found him again and now is the time to work on another baby. Chelsea finds a positive feed-back on the internet about Abby’s wedding dress. She is very excited. She and Adam plan to expand her line.

Victor calls Noah into his office and Marisa follows. Victor tells them that they found some tire tracks in the garage. Noah says Marisa helped him and he changed his tires. Noah gets a call and leaves. Victor questions why Marisa helped Noah. Was it for money? She says no. He says she is playing a dangerous game and Luca is a jealous peacock. She is married to one and holding on to another and someone is going to get hurt. He promises her it will not be Noah.
In the hallway Luca tells Noah that Marisa was out until late last night and left early this morning. He asks if Noah knows where Marisa has been. Noah says he is keeping tabs on Marisa and leaves.
Luca asks Marisa help him fight his father. He says he realizes how close Marco was to the Santories. She says the Santories were Marco’s only business. He says no one will know where he got his information.
Chelsea and Adam come to see Victor and she tells him she wants to expand her clothing line but found out she is not free of NE and accuses him of tricking her. She wants him to cut that tie. Victor refuses. He promises no interference and that it will be an advantage. Better that being with the sinking Abbotts. He says the Abbotts are going downhill because of Billy trying to take him and NE down.
Luca tells Adam that he has more information about his father, but no one is to know Marisa helped him.
Chelsea asks Marisa and Noah if they would like to work with her. Noah says no but Marisa says yes. Luca and Adam come out of Victor’s office. Alone, Chelsea tells Adam that Marisa wants to work with her. Adam says that’s not a good idea. Chelsea wants to know what’s going on.

Kevin says Billy deserves a shot at this project. Victor arrives and asks Kevin to tell him about the deal he was working on with Billy. Kevin says he can’t divulge anything. Victor says Kevin needs financial backing. Kevin says things are on hold until Billy comes out of surgery. Victor says Billy may not make it. Victor tells Kevin to think about his offer and leaves.
Mariah says Victor is a tyrant but he has the funds. Mariah leaves for Sharon’s as Jack arrives. He wants to invest on Billy’s behalf. Kevin says Billy wanted to do this on his own. Jack says Kevin knows Billy asked him for the money and asks Kevin if there is another offer on the table. Victor is in the background watching.
Sharon’s
Dr. A arrives and says she is adjusting Sharon’s meds. Sharon is reluctant. She says a while ago she felt guilty being around Sage but now things are much better since Sage and Nick moved back in together. Dr. A is upset. Sage and Faith arrive. Sage takes Sully while Sharon goes to get ready. Dr. A asks Sage why she is forcing things and upsetting Sharon’s baby. Sage says she is fine and she and Nick are getting things are going well. Dr. A says she advised Nick not to move in with Sage yet to give Sage time to heal. Sage says her relationship is none of her business. She says Dr. A she is not her friend or her therapist so she needs to stay out of it. Dr. A leaves and Sage tells Sharon she doesn’t like Dr. A. Sharon says Dr. A only wants what is best for her since she and Nick share custody of Faith. Sage says there is more to it.
GCPD
Max accuses Abby of killing his mother. Paul explains Jenna was in a terrible car accident while she was on the phone. Abby says she was asking Jenna to let Max to come to the wedding. Max walks out. Abby can’t believe Max is blaming her for Jenna’s death. Abby says Jenna was determined to keep Ben away from Max. She tells him he has to bring Max home. She says they have a lot to offer and it’s the right thing to do.
Paul returns and Ben says he is taking his son home. Abby tells Paul is thought she would have a baby first and is panicked having an 8 year old child. Paul tells her to work together with Ben and it will come together.
Max tells Ben he doesn’t want to live with Abby. Ben says Abby just wants to give him a good home. Max says he is scared.
Dylan arrives and tells Abby that Max doesn’t want to feel he is betraying his mother so Abby needs to be patient.
Later Paul tells Dylan he is checking junk yards for tires that may match. They are looking at a schematic of the garage and Dylan figures the driver had to back into the parking spot so he probably didn’t know he hit Billy. This driver probably had nothing to do with Billy being beaten up.

Vicky can’t believe Victor is trying to find out about Billy’s plan. Victor tells Vicky that everything the Abbotts touch turns to garbage. Jack admonishes Victor for running Billy down to Vicky. Victor says Billy’s project was a fantasy. Victor asks Jack about the project. Jack asks why he is so interested since it’s a fantasy.
Dr. Dellafield has news about Billy. Vicky and Jack leave. Phyllis says Victor lied and he is very interested in this idea. Victor asks whose idea. Phyllis says he was only interested in Kevin’s idea because Jack is. He says Jack’s back is against the wall and he doesn’t mind watching Jack squirm a little. Phyllis tells him to go to hell. Victor says the feeling is mutual.
Nick arrives and Vicky says she is mad, sad and frustrated. She says everything is deferred to Jill because she is divorced from Billy.
Dr. A finds Nick and tells him she saw Sage at Sharon’s and there was a situation that took an alarming turn. Sage insisted on holding Sully and found herself in over her head. She says she knows Nick wants his marriage to be back the way it was before the baby died but he is willfully ignoring Sage’s mental state and it’s dangerous. Sage is putting baby in danger. She says this affects her patient, Sharon.
Sage arrives as Dr. A leaves. She says she is not surprised that Dr. A came to see Nick. She does not believe Dr. A is trying to help and asks him not listen to her.
Dr. Dellafield tells Vicky that there has been a complication. They stopped the bleeding but Billy went into cardiac arrest so they had to close. There is very little brain activity.
GCAC
Abby tries to tell Max he is going to love it there. They have a big house and yard. Ben tells her that he and Max are going to stay in the hotel for a few days. Abby walks away. Ben follows. Abby says she thought they would work this out together but understands. When they return to the table Max is gone.

Dr. A says she advised Nick not to move in with Sage yet to give Sage time to heal. Sage says her relationship is none of her business. She says Dr. A she is not her friend or her therapist so she needs to stay out of it. Dr. A leaves and Sage tells Sharon she doesn’t like Dr. A. Sharon says Dr. A only wants what is best for her since she and Nick share custody of Faith. Sage says there is more to it.
GCPD
Max accuses Abby of killing his mother. Paul explains Jenna was in a terrible car accident while she was on the phone. Abby says she was asking Jenna to let Max to come to the wedding. Max walks out. Abby can’t believe Max is blaming her for Jenna’s death. Abby says Jenna was determined to keep Ben away from Max. She tells him he has to bring Max home. She says they have a lot to offer and it’s the right thing to do.
Paul returns and Ben says he is taking his son home. Abby tells Paul is thought she would have a baby first and is panicked having an 8 year old child. Paul tells her to work together with Ben and it will come together.
Max tells Ben he doesn’t want to live with Abby. Ben says Abby just wants to give him a good home. Max says he is scared.
Dylan arrives and tells Abby that Max doesn’t want to feel he is betraying his mother so Abby needs to be patient.
Later Paul tells Dylan he is checking junk yards for tires that may match. They are looking at a schematic of the garage and Dylan figures the driver had to back into the parking spot so he probably didn’t know he hit Billy. This driver probably had nothing to do with Billy being beaten up.
Memorial
Vicky can’t believe Victor is trying to find out about Billy’s plan. Victor tells Vicky that everything the Abbotts touch turns to garbage. Jack admonishes Victor for running Billy down to Vicky. Victor says Billy’s project was a fantasy. Victor asks Jack about the project. Jack asks why he is so interested since it’s a fantasy.
Dr. Dellafield has news about Billy. Vicky and Jack leave. Phyllis says Victor lied and he is very interested in this idea. Victor asks whose idea. Phyllis says he was only interested in Kevin’s idea because Jack is. He says Jack’s back is against the wall and he doesn’t mind watching Jack squirm a little. Phyllis tells him to go to hell. Victor says the feeling is mutual.
Nick arrives and Vicky says she is mad, sad and frustrated. She says everything is deferred to Jill because she is divorced from Billy.
Dr. A finds Nick and tells him she saw Sage at Sharon’s and there was a situation that took an alarming turn. Sage insisted on holding Sully and found herself in over her head. She says she knows Nick wants his marriage to be back the way it was before the baby died but he is willfully ignoring Sage’s mental state and it’s dangerous. Sage is putting baby in danger. She says this affects her patient, Sharon.
Sage arrives as Dr. A leaves. She says she is not surprised that Dr. A came to see Nick. She does not believe Dr. A is trying to help and asks him not listen to her.
Dr. Dellafield tells Vicky that there has been a complication. They stopped the bleeding but Billy went into cardiac arrest so they had to close. There is very little brain activity.
GCAC
Abby tries to tell Max he is going to love it there. They have a big house and yard. Ben tells her that he and Max are going to stay in the hotel for a few days. Abby walks away. Ben follows. Abby says she thought they would work this out together but understands. When they return to the table Max is gone.

Paul and Dylan discuss Billy’s accident and how it could have happened. Paul suspects it may have been Ben and Abby as they may have been too busy to notice. Dylan doesn’t think they were involved. Paul says they have to think of all possibilities. Paul gets a call from Abby asking him to help find Max.
GCAC
Ben and Abby search the hotel for Max.
Paul and Dylan arrive. Abby feels like a total failure. Paul asks what Max likes or where he would go. Ben says if he knew his son and Max wouldn’t have run away. Paul calls Kevin and asks him to check all the cameras around GCAC for Max. Kevin asks if he was wearing a red jack then Max is at CL.
Ben says he is going to get Max. He tells Abby Max is overwhelmed and wants to talk to Max to reassure him and leaves.
Abby tells Dylan this is her fault because she made this all about herself. Dylan says Ben is in for the long haul and things will work out. Max just needs time to grieve and adjust. He says he knows how much she and Max mean to Ben and he will fight to hold on to them.
CL
Kevin tells Jacks he may have discussed the project with someone else. Jack asks who the other investor is. Victor walks in and says it’s him. Victor says Phyllis let slip about Kevin’s project. He says Kevin is considering his offer. Kevin says he is considering - considering Victor’s proposal. Jack says Kevin that he knows how much this project meant to Billy. Victor asks Jack who is responsible for Billy’s hopes and dreams being dashed, when Jack didn’t help Billy when he asked for his help. Kevin spots Max and asks Max to help him with a game because he is not so good on computers. Max agrees. Ben arrives. Kevin tells Max that Ben is an awesome guy and leaves.
Max says he wants to go home to his mom. Ben says ‘home is family’ and he and Abby are Max’s family now. He asks Max to give them a chance.
Newmans
Noah tells Marisa he is concerned that Billy may not make it. Adam asks to speak privately with Luca. Luca asks Adam to find out where Victor stashed Marco. Luca says he had a very brief conversation with Marco but needs to speak to him as Marco will be the end game is to bring down their fathers.
Noah and Marisa are discussing Billy when Victor arrives and tells Noah not to confess and walks into his office. Adam asks to speak privately with Victor about family business. Luca leaves but leaves the door slightly ajar and hears Adam ask Victor for Marco’s location. Victor notices the door is ajar and tells Adam he will give him Marco’s location.
Adam closes the door and Victor gives in a paper with Marco’s location. He tells Adam to give it to Luca.
Adam confirms Luca is in the dark and asks why Victor wants him to give Luca Marco’s location. Victor says it’s the key to their success. Victor says that peacock will go up in flames before he realizes that Adam is a double agent.

Jack arrives and says they need to talk about what happens if Billy doesn’t make it. Jill vehemently refuses and says Billy is not going to die. Jill says he has 50/50 chance. Phyllis says that was before the surgery. Jack asks who decides what to do if the final decision has to be made. Vicky says Billy made his decision when Phyllis was in a coma and says he did not want to live like that.
Jill says she will make all decisions concerning Billy. Dr. Dellafield returns saying Billy’s condition has deteriorated and they may have to take him off life support. They all go to see Billy. Jill becomes overwrought. Jack and Phyllis take her out. Vicky tells Billy that he owes her and he needs to wake up for her, Johnny and Katie.
Rooftop
Luca asks when it became her if she gets a bonus for aiding and abetting vehicular assault. Marisa says Noah didn’t know he hit Billy and if Luca turns Noah in he will lose her for good.

I FF past the Luca Marissa stuff....they are boring...and have been wondering the same thing about Luca and Adam/Victor..... and also agree about the Max thing...really????? Im assuming they will make it so people think that he is dying that don't realize that they are bringing in a new Billy and so when the new Billy comes in people will accept that its better to have a new Billy than no Billy at all....

Although I've never been a huge Ashley fan, I'm really enjoying her and Dr. N together and hope they keep him around for a long, long time. I think they would make a great couple. I've enjoyed Mariah and Kevin getting more air time too. They're two of my favorite characters on the show. Sharon is getting on my nerves although I used to like her. I also like Sage and appreciate how she stands up to Dr. A. Dr. A can take a flying leap as far as I'm concerned. She's hurting so many innocent people with the baby swap. I agree about Luca and Marissa. Boring!

Kevin tells Mariah that Natalie will not wait for Billy. Mariah asks if he is considering saying yes to Victor. Michael arrives and says Billy may not wake up so he should not wait for that to happen. Michael warns him that if he goes with Victor then Victor will take all the credit, glory and the money and he will get the rest, nothing.

Jill tells Lauren she blames herself for allowing Billy’s surgery. Lauren says the person who ran Billy down is to blame. Jill says she should have gone with Dr. N’s solution. Jill leaves saying she is going to get someone who can help Billy.
Vicky tells Lauren she does not want to be the one who pulls the plug. Michael arrives and says Billy named Jack as his Power Of Attorney for health care.
GCAC
Over coffee with Neil, Nikki says Vicky is blaming herself. Billy asked for another chance and Vicky refused.
Hilary arrives and Devon tells her that Nikki and Neil are together. Hilary seems unfazed when she sees them. She approaches the table and says she is sorry to hear about Billy. Neil leaves to make a call and Nikki says she saw Hilary with Devon at midnight. Hilary says she saw Nikki with Neil.
Nikki gets a text and ignores it saying it’s probably Victor checking up on her. Nikki puts the phone on the table looking for lipstick and Hilary sees the text from Neil saying suite is ready.
Neil returns and Nikki says she has somewhere she needs to be. Hilary asks Neil for his guidance about a business proposal. She says it has to be ready tonight. Neil says he can spare some time before his meeting.
Lab
Dr. N tells Ash her body is accepting the protocol. He warns her not to lie to him about any symptoms because it’s all part of the equation. She says she is exhausted. He says they have to adjust the protocol. Dr. N rants about how his treatment could have helped Billy. Ashley accuses him of using her as his lab rat. He says his patients are humans and have a right to treatment and it’s his job to help them. He admits he does not have the best bedside manner but he makes up for it in other areas.
Jill arrives and asks Dr. N to come to the hospital and save Billy. He says he can’t because it’s too late and he can’t fix it now. He says the protocol he is working on needs his attention. Jill accuses him of being a charlatan and he would rather play with his test tubes when Billy needs him. Ashley defends Dr. N and says she devastated over Billy. Jill leaves. Ashley wobbles and Dr. N catches her.
Later Neil reads Hilary’s business proposal and critiques it for her. She turns on her charm, they kiss and make love.
Devon arrives and sees them.
Newmans
Victor arrives and sees Vicky working. He tells her to go and be with Billy. Vicky says Billy was really trying to get his life back on track. Victor blames Jack for not funding Billy’s project. Victor suggests that they might be able to come up with the funds to support Billy’s project. Vicky thanks him and leaves.
Rooftop
A waiter brings champagne to Kevin’s table and says it’s a mistake. Victor arrives and starts pressuring Kevin. He says Billy may not survive and Kevin needs someone with experience and funding to help him reach with his full potential. Kevin has a silly daydream about his success. Victor asks if the bubbly went to Kevin’s head. He says Victor wanted to know what he wants to become, he says that he is a man who can say no to an offer from Victor Newman. Victor says to make this lucrative offer to Billy in his present condition is ridiculous when Victor can give him the infrastructure and funding he needs. Kevin asks who would have control and Victor says he (TGVN) would. Kevin declines and leaves.
Back at GCAC
Dr. N puts Ashley into a suite and tells her to rest. He sits on the bed next to her and reads. Ashley wakes and says she trusts him and asks him to cure her.
Nikki comes down the stair as Victor arrives and he asks her if she was with Neil.
Back at CL
Jill tells Devon that everyone has given up on Billy. She says she spoke to Dr. N but he refused to help. Devon says he is a lunatic. Jill begs Devon to convince Dr. N to help Billy.
Back at Memorial
Jill tells Lauren, Michael and Vicky she talked Devon into trying to convince Dr. N to help Billy. Vicky tells her that she does not have the authority to make decisions for Billy. Jill says they are not Vicky’s decisions to make. Michael gives Jill the document naming Jack as POA. Jill is upset saying she needs to make the decisions.
Kevin arrives and Michael says that there is going to be an end of life decision. Kevin leaves.

A waiter brings champagne to Kevin’s table and says it’s a mistake. Victor arrives and starts pressuring Kevin. He says Billy may not survive and Kevin needs someone with experience and funding to help him reach with his full potential. Kevin has a silly daydream about his success. Victor asks if the bubbly went to Kevin’s head. He says Victor wanted to know what he wants to become, he says that he is a man who can say no to an offer from Victor Newman. Victor says to make this lucrative offer to Billy in his present condition is ridiculous when Victor can give him the infrastructure and funding he needs. Kevin asks who would have control and Victor says he (TGVN) would. Kevin declines and leaves.
Back at GCAC
Dr. N puts Ashley into a suite and tells her to rest. He sits on the bed next to her and reads. Ashley wakes and says she trusts him and asks him to cure her.
Nikki comes down the stair as Victor arrives and he asks her if she was with Neil.
Back at CL
Jill tells Devon that everyone has given up on Billy. She says she spoke to Dr. N but he refused to help. Devon says he is a lunatic. Jill begs Devon to convince Dr. N to help Billy.
Back at Memorial
Jill tells Lauren, Michael and Vicky she talked Devon into trying to convince Dr. N to help Billy. Vicky tells her that she does not have the authority to make decisions for Billy. Jill says they are not Vicky’s decisions to make. Michael gives Jill the document naming Jack as POA. Jill is upset saying she needs to make the decisions.
Kevin arrives and Michael says that there is going to be an end of life decision. Kevin leaves.

- Vicky says a life spent on a machine is no life at all
- Jill pleads with Jack not to let Billy die. Jack says it’s not his decision and Jill says yes it is

Im not a fan of the new Billy...hope he can change my mind...he does not have the Billy look of soft charm....but will wait longer till i see him act...so far his looks do nothing for me...he is more like a Noah...
