Nikki's Special Christmas Episode.
An angel takes Nikki on a journey through her past and present on Christmas Eve.

I guess it was Nikki's turn this year since we have seen Victor and Billy's in the past.

Nikki tells Victor she's determined to find out what happened the night of Diane's murder. Nikki tells Victor all the lies Deacon told her, Victor wants to deal with Deacon but Nikki wants to do this on her own. Nikki confronts Deacon
Chloe doesn't want Angelina singing at her wedding but Kevin is for it because it means their dream home. Everyone is shocked when Angelina sings really well everytime she sees Kevin, Chloe says she can sing at the wedding
Lauren, Nick and Victoria vote in favor of Nick while Adam and the other 2 board members vote for him. The deciding vote is upto Tucker who votes for Adam! Michael passes the news onto Victor, everything is going as planned
Jack and Genevieve plan to get married in January. Jack is happy that Adam is now CEO of Newman, he hopes he can get his hands on Beauty of Nature. Meanwhile, Adam tells Sharon he is now CEO of Newman

Next - Christmas play, Harmony is helping the kids and sees Devon come into the church ; Katherine tells Jill she has a surprise

Nick finds Sharon and Adam talking, Adam and Sharon trying to explain themselves. Nick is cold to Sharon, won't let her spend time w/ Faith
Billy spends time with Jill and Delia, Victoria isn't there because he chased her away so could wrap her present. Victoria gets sad seeing babies
Katherine's surprise was Ana, she brought her back for one night. Harmony is affected seeing Ana, Ana is nice to her and doesn't seem angry
Phyllis finds out about Adam being CEO, him and Sharon and says she can relate cause she hates seeing Nick w/ Avery. The two face off
Fen, Charlie, Mattie, Moses, Faith and Summer all take part in the Christmas pageant. Nick once again won't give Sharon anytime with Faith

Next -- Sharon spends more time at the jail visiting Victor, Nikki arrives ; Kevin is missing on the day of his wedding ; Kevin is with Angelina, shots fired (Its Angelina's doing)

Boy, those jails in Genoa City are something else I have never seen as many visitors allowed in to see a prisoner as Victor has had

Sharon comes to see Victor in jail, she doesn't want to be home being sad over what she's missing (Nick has Faith and Noah is working) Victor lets her stay while chasing away Nikki. Sharon tells Victor to stop hurting people
Kevin is stuck with Angelina on the day of his wedding, she claims to be pregnant by Carmine and now their lives are in danger. Kevin crushes Chloe's heart by saying he can't get married. Angelina is happy her plan worked
Billy asks Chloe for a favor, she knows what it is and tells him to do it. Billy shocks Victoria when he helps her in announcing Kevin and Chloe aren't getting married but she and Billy are! Chloe will stand up for Victoria
Nikki is getting drunk at Gloworm, Deacon tries to talk to her but she doesn't want to talk to him and plans on getting her marriage annulled. Nikki gets a text about the wedding, heads there but ends up crashing

Lily forgiving Cane:
"I understand why they did it that way, because there is so much history between Lily and Cane. Y&R wanted to make this story a "love can conquer all" type of deal. But I kind of wish they had Lily go off a little more. I'd like to have seen both Cane and Lily be with different people and play that, even though they were with different people, they really missed each other. They did that a bit when Lily got with Daniel, but it happened so quickly that you really didn't get a chance to sink your teeth into it. I really wish they would've played with that a little more."

Being part of a super-couple:
"I get that our characters are really, really popular, but we never get to do anything else with any other people! Don't get me wrong - Daniel [Goddard] and I love working together. I absolutely love that our characters have this amazing romance and love story. But as an actress, you kind of want your character to have some other stuff to do, to get involved with other people."

Lily snaps?
"I've been saying this for months now - maybe even years - but I wish they would have it where Lily would just snap and go off and do something crazy! It doesn't make sense that somebody would go through this many trials - having your mom die, having cancer, thinking you're seeing a ghost - and be okay. You would have some really deep issues that you would need to go through."

Life imitating art:
(Christel recently went through the breakup of her marriage)
"I've had a really rough year, and at the beginning of the year, I was going out all the time. That's what you do! It's like you're almost detoxing from all the stress. I think that's normal. I think that's natural. To have Lily be this person who never loses it... it's just not realistic. It's funny, because you do feel that art does imitate life, and life imitates art. I think that's the great thing about being an actor - you really can use you art almost like therapy."

Her son one and a half year old son, Michael:
"He is the most laid-back child ever! He's just so fun and so friendly and sociable. I can take him anywhere, and he can make people crack up. He's always the center of attention. He can be outgoing and loud and talking - doing his little babbles and jokes - and dancing around, and the next minute, he can be at home with me on the couch, and we watch a movie together. I could not have asked for a better child. I say every day that God gave me the most awesome baby. He matches my temperament, where he can be wild and crazy one moment, and the next, he's chilled out. He's like a little man!"

Journey from her teens:

"I'm only 24, but I've been married, I've been divorced, I bought a home, I sold a home, I had a baby... I always say I don't think you've made a mistake if you've learned something. So as long as you learn and don't repeat the same mistake, it's okay. My life is insane - but I love it!

or Nikki and Victor.....but Nikki is older....and if they get her pregnant of course she will loose it....and it will turn out to be Victors....the writers don't have to come up with a new script for that....just pull one off the shelf of this happening to all of Victors wives.

So who killed Diane? Do the writers even know yet :good vibes watch them give us a slip and it be Jacks ex wife...the shrink....she said that she is still having trouble dealing with what happened....maybe it really is not patty and really is the shrink...who has taken on Patty's identity.....that she is not really working where she says....or working at all....because she has had a mental collapse after all that happened to her,causing her to take on Pattys identity instead of the other way around....remember..

she was locked away a long time and told over and over she was not who she said she was.....but patty....what she went through is enough to make anyone turn nuts....that would be a fun twist......but of course the writers are not smart enough to come up with such a thing....

and so there is your murderer.....she would be smart enough to pull off what is being done...the filming...the emails...the setting up of the "Who Dun it" ....Patty is not that smart......and Patty does not really plan...she takes things one day at a time....but the shrink...well she could!


I just felt the visit between Jack and the Shrink to be off...and she came to town after all this time...no matter the reason.....so this is my take....what is yours?[/QUOTE]

the only problem I have with your theory is that Emily appeared after the fire and her face was perfect; Patty's is still burnt/healing.

Sadly, i think they are going to pin this on Patty. I am so tired of her story...

Basically it was an episode focused around Nikki, we saw other characters too but it was what could have happened tonight. Nikki's angel turned out to be her mom, Nikki thinks she is too late for the wedding but she isn't. The episode ends with Nikki, her kids and Katherine and she finds a necklace with a cross.

Next - Angelo wants to know where the hell Angelina is ; Chloe worries Daniel told Kevin she had second thoughts but Daniel says he didn't tell anyone ; At church, Victoria worries when the lights suddenly go out. Is it a bad sign?

Next week Sharon asks Nick if they can work out a custody arrangement for Faith. Nick is game as long as Sharon takes out a restraining order against Adam. Sharon balks and accuses Nick of trying to control her life. One of the writers is quoted saying that Sharon is "in denial" and what this is all about is not that Nick is trying to control her life but that she does not want to give up Adam. Sharon goes to Church to pray for guidance. Adam overhears her prayers and tells her to do what Nick wants. Sharon calls Nick and tells him that she took the legal action against Adam. Then Sharon sees Adam outside door, invites him in and they have sex.

Nikki visits Victor in jail and finds out that he has arranged for Nikki to be escorted back to rehab. Nikki refuses to go because she is trying to uncover what happened the night Diane was killed. Nikki wants to obtain some information from Deacon and has a plan in mind but she does not tell Victor what she is up to. At Glowworm a seemingly drunk Nikki tells Deacon that she wants to give their marriage chance. Deacon is thrilled. But when he leaves we see that Nikki is sober and she thanks the bartender for spiking Deacon's drink. According to the writer Nikki is setting up Deacon in her determination to clear Victor's name and she feels justified in her method. As far as Nikki is concerned Deacon has been asking for this.

In previewing the engagment co-head writer Scott Hamner says that Victor proposing to Sharon is a "strategic move" and the proposal to Sharon does not "rule out a proposal to Nikki." He further says that the proposal to Sharon "is based in some way on his love for Nikki."

Sadly, i think they are going to pin this on Patty. I am so tired of her story...

We don't know that her face is still burned...it could be fine...and she could be just stating it is still burned as an accuse to wear the vail.....

when she was patty her hair was blond....it is still brown.....I just have a feeling that it is not patty....that it really is Emily....but who can say in this soap

and by the way...makeup does wonders for burns.....they have special makeup....

I also don't think she killed Diane...but I think she thinks Adam did....but he didn't also......either way as usual they are dragging a story out to long...lets get on with it already...

I noticed that Nikki's angel said "your husband knows who killed Diane". I'm thinking she's talking about Deacon. He is her husband at the moment.

Chloe explains to Delia why she and Kevin aren't getting married. Delia looks sad but lights up hearing Billy and Victoria are getting married. Delia will be the flower girl, anxious to walk down the isle
Jill gives Victoria something borrowed, her dress is something new, Nikki gives Victoria something that belonged to her great grandmother, Eden gives her something blue. Chloe gives her veil to Victoria
Fate works in Billy and Victoria's favor, not only is the judge from their last wedding marrying them but Keely arrives at church for the wedding too! (The dog ran away from the sitter). Billy and Victoria wed
After the wedding, Chloe surprises the newlyweds with a honeymoon in Jamaica. It was tickets for honeymoon. Victoria and Billy feel guilty as Chloe has done so much for them but Chloe encourages them to go, Delia too
Nikki goes to see Victor in jail and tells him about Victoria and Billy's wedding, he gets pissed saying Billy will hurt her. Nikki doesn't want to fight, tells Victor she is determined to prove who really killed Diane as it wasn't them
Other spoilers - Angelina lies to Angelo about where she really is ; Gloria is delighted when she is gifted back Gloworm ; Cane and Lily spend Christmas Eve with the twins ; Phyllis is on Avery's case saying she can't let go of the past ; Chloe finally breaks, cries on Daniel's shoulder

I watched tonight on Soapnet and was so glad to see the REAL Mrs. Chancellor on! don't get me wrong, I love me some Michael Learned, but she isn't Mrs. C.

I have not watched the last few days...to busy...but will for sure watch Fridays and Thursdays....
