Ashley asks Jack to stand by her as she weds Tucker but Jack says Tucker is one guy he doesn't think is right for Ashley. He turns Ashley down, he won't do it
Olivia estimates when Sophia concieved, its the same time she and Neil had sex. Olivia tells Sophia to lie about her cycle to her doctor so Malcolm won't be suspicious
Tucker wants Abby to sell her stocks, she sells them but not to Tucker she sells them to Jack!! Tucker then approaches Jack in hopes of join forces against Victor
Lily goes to the grave to meet Cane, she asks what they need protection from and what he was trying to say before he "died". Cane tells Lily he can't remember
Ashley and Abby have a heated conversation over Tucker. Abby thinks Ashley likes being involved with men that walk all over her, won't be part of the wedding
Daniel comes to the grave to see Lily, asks why she is here this late alone. Devon is looking on from a distance, he sees when Lily and Daniel hug. He's suspicious

Next - Abby confronts Lily about Daniel; Nikki tries to reach out to Victor; Jack can't help but gloat to Victor about now being a stockholder

Jack gloats to Victor about Abby's stocks, Victor is pissed but completely shuts Diane out of how he is feeling. Diane decides to leave for a few hours
Abby is getting really drunk, Deacon is working at the bar and she confides in him about Daniel and Lily. Deacon tells her to confront her problems
Devon won't get off of Daniel and Lily's back, he gets even more convinced when Lily gets a call from Abby. Devon says he's not the only one suspicious
Nikki learns about Jack gloating to Victor about Abby selling her stocks. Nikki's pissed Jack let Victor think Abby did this to spite Victor and not Tucker
Jack tries to make a deal with Tucker but is turned down. Ashley wants to smack Jack, she tells him about Abby not wanting to be a part of her wedding
Abby confronts Lily and Daniel who both deny anything is going on but Abby is hurt Daniel doesn't trust her. Abby causes a scene, Devon takes her home
After seeing Victor confiding in Nikki, hugging her. Diane decides to wage a war of her own. She goes to Jack wearing nothing but a jacket - they have sex

Next - Jana locks Kevin in the closet again; Chloe tells Heather she did this to protect her daughter, not knowing this custody battle would bring in cops; Phyllis, Daniel, Victoria and Billy talking

Phyllis, Daniel, Rafe, Michael, Billy and Victoria meet to reach an agreement in regards to Lucy. Daniel is finally able to convince Phyllis to back off, she agrees to do so if Lucy will grow up knowing her biological family. Phyllis also requests one weekend a month with Lucy, an agreement is reached
Katherine helps Gloria in her search for Kevin, they have t shirts printed as well as flyers. Chloe going to the media only causes more harm than good, once Jana sees it she snaps at Kevin. Jana puts red streaks in her hair, changes her clothes, wears dark lipstick. She has plans for Kevin
Heather tells Chloe that Billy does not know about the custody papers because the cops are now involved! CPS shows up at Billy and Victoria's and takes Lucy away, a judge will now have to decide Lucy's fate. Victoria and Billy are crushed, Michael tries to help by speeding up the hearing

Next - Victoria asks Billy to stay elsewhere for the night; Jana wants Kevin to commit a crime
