•Jack shows up to support Sharon. Adam, Sam and Victor are also there as Sharon is sentenced to 30 years in jail without parole. Victor blasts Leslie for how she and Vance handled the case.
•Phyllis and Nick talk about Sharon, Nick is pissed that Sharon was so selfish and will never forgive her for the pain she caused their children. Phyllis tells Nick her suspicions about Adam•Adam goes over his plan with Diane who is worried that this will backfire. Diane wants her son protected but Adam warns if she tries to run with Kyle, Jack will be looking. He suggests custody go to Victor!
•Sharon warns Sam that Victor is only using him to hurt Adam. Sam confronts Victor refuses to be used to rub salt in Adam's wounds. Sharon calls Adam, shocked that Diane answers. Meanwhile, Phyllis confronts Adam knowing he had evidence to free Sharon!

Next - Sharon and Adam talk ; Phyllis tells Nick that Adam is punishing Sharon; Victor agrees to help Diane but because of her son, not because of her

•Adam is confronted about the memory card, but sticks to his story. Phyllis wants the card, Adam says its worthless•Diane uses Kyle as a pawn to further her agenda, signs papers making Victor his guardian if something happens to her!
•Phyllis tells Nick that Adam had proof of Sharon's innocence, but is punishing her. They decide to write an article about it•Adam tells Sharon nothing happened between him and Diane, its just business. Gives Sharon hope there's a future for them
•Leslie shows Sharon the RS article about Adam betraying her, she's shocked and asks why he would do this to her?

Next - Adam says Sharon is where she is because of her choices ; Tucker back to work ; Sam tells Sharon he's worried about her

Can't believe Adam threw the memory card away!

It isn't like him to give up so easily.

Really?? I think it's right in character....he's such a whiny crybaby! The only determination he has is always misguided. He only works hard when he's punishing someone for his life not being ideal at all times! It just chaps my hide when I see a character like that!!

Let's think back... On her death bed, his mother told him that she was the reason that Victor wasnt around, yet he still has this vengeance. When he moves to GC, Victor gives him everything his other children have, but still it's not enuf for Adam!! ...and now this!! Waa waa waa!! ...and for goodness sake!...Sharon had forgiven him for stealing her baby!!! ...but because Adam sees another man in the room with her, he gives up? UGH!...right in character!! He's a petty petty man! It'll be interesting to see how this plays out!

Next week Diane sends Kyle off to Switzerland without telling Jack. She then heads over to Restless to see Nick. She walks in on Nick and Phyllis kissing. Diane loses it and attacks Phyllis. After Nick breaks up the fight Diane spills to Phyllis that not so long along Nick was having sex again. Phyllis is very upset and they go at it again. Later Diane is at the GCAC with Adam when Michael arrives with a restraining order against her that Phyllis filed.



SOW is reporting Diane will be killed off in a "whodunnit" murder mystery.

The spoilers reported that Adam tells Diane he wants to set it up so that she is presumed dead. And Victor is blamed for her murder. Diane at first agrees to go along but then she panics and tells Victor the truth. However Diane is found murdered at a some party at which everyone attended. So just about everyone is a suspect.

Adam proposes to Sharon, she accepts despite Leslie warning her not to. Sharon does not accept the deal to turn Adam in and serve her sentence in GC. On their wedding day, Adam insults Sharon and dumps her!

Sharon's in denial and tells Leslie and Sam that Adam wouldn't do this to her. Spencer offers her a deal, she can stay in GC until her appeal in exchange she turn against Adam Billy signs himself out of the hospital, Jack and Ashley take him to Ashley's. His birthday celebration is a bore, Victoria doesn't show up as she is busy with Reed who comes back for a visit Diane is given fake passports by Adam for herself and Kyle. Kyle is not happy that he is being sent away and is not allowed to phone anyone. Jack arrives to get Kyle, he had plans to spend the day with his son Sam confronts Adam for witholding evidence to help Sharon, Adam sticks to his story. Adam shows up at jail, he tells Sharon that her and Sam are in the past and then proposes to Sharon telling her he loves her
