Because it will urn out that Cassie died 20 yearss ago 5 years befor she was a twinkle in sharrons eye unless it is rewritten that she wasn't under age when she drive the car she crashed

It's funny because when he said Cassie's headstone it said she died seven years ago so for them to act like Phyllis and Nick hooked up afterwords is ridiculous! Summer is a 16-year-old girl! It was very stupid of them to show her headstone with the date and then a week later introduced summer as a 16-year-old girl.

We will find out Phyllis paid Dr. Tim to leave town. She ends up confessing this to Avery. Ricky is hot on her trail and Phyllis is on edge.

SOD: Phyllis is Going Down

Ricky hits the jackpot when he goes looks through the paperwork he stole from Phyllis. He comes across a receipt from 1994 of the rental car that links Phyllis back to the Paul and Christine. Phyllis got rid of the original but it’s on a credit card statement with other charges that was kept for tax purposes. At the same time Avery becomes concern that her sister is hiding a terrible secret after Phyllis admits that she paid Dr. Tim to leave town. Phyllis knew if she didn’t fess up that they would keep digging until they find what they find. However, Phyllis paying Dr. Tim looks bad for her. Avery grills Phyllis as to what Ricky could have on her from Dr. Tim. Phyllis is very scared right now and is reverting back to her old ways. Later on Avery, Heather, and Michael chat. Michael doesn’t understand how Ricky, being Paul’s miracle son, could be so evil. It comes up that Paul was hit by a car on their wedding night and how Paul thought he would never be able to have kids. Michael adds, the driver was never caught and the case of attempted murder is still open. That moment, Ricky calls Daisy for her assistance with putting the finishing touches on his plot against Phyllis. What Ricky has planned is not good. Phyllis secret could be revealed any moment and it’s about to blow. Who’s going to be the first to discover this and what damage or spin control that it can do…. It’s either bad or very very bad.

She wants to tell Nick everything but doesn't know how he would react. We could possibly see the old Phyllis return as the pressure heat up

**It took me a while to get this typed. Monday is a REALLY good show. The Phyllis & Daisy scenes are superb! Enjoy!

Heather tells Paul that he is overreacting with Ricky's gift. She tells him to relax, Ricky is alot of things, but he has no proof that he's a killer.

Nick goes to the ranch to see Victor. Victor tells him about Sharon and Nikki. Nick then goes on to tell him about Phyllis loosing the baby. Victor gives him his condolences. Nick goes on to tell Vic what Daisy did. Vic immediately tells him to contact DA Baldwin, if he wont do anything, he will have Avery file a civil suit. Victor's main priority right now is bringing Daisy Carter down.

Victor tells Nikki and Sharon that they will stay locked up until they settle this mess between them. Sharon and Nikki try to talk. Nikki confides in Sharon saying she reminds her of herself. Sharon gets emotional, but Nikki can care less, its clear she will tell Sharon anything to get out of jail.

Avery, Heather and Michael are going on and on about Ricky. Michael brings up the hit and run. Saying that based on the evidence the crime is attempted murder. But they never found the suspect. Avery then says, "what kind of a monster runs someone over with their car?" Daisy is outside listening to every word.

Lauren is at Phyllis'. Lauren comes up with an idea to go out in the hallway (where Daisy stood) once she's there, she yells for Phyllis to talk loud. Lauren hears Phyllis' every word. It then confirms that Daisy must have heard Phyllis screaming for help.

Afterwards, Lauren goes to the GCAC and runs into Daisy. As usual, Lauren (and her big mouth) blabs to Daisy that they can prove what she did and she wont get away with it. She will loose everything, including Lucy.

Daisy goes up to Ricky's and tells him she's in. She will help him bring down the "redheaded shrew" They start going over the receipts found in Phyllis' file. They also go over the other evidence Ricky has gathered on Phyllis, and slowly, they are starting to realize what happened that night in '94.

Phyllis and Daniel are at the penthouse talking about how they can finally prove to a judge that Daisy is unfit. Daniel has the ability to gain full custody of Lucy. Lucy is upstairs crying, so Daniel goes to tend to her. After he leaves, there's a knock at Phyllis' door. She opens it to find Daisy. Phyllis slams the door shut. Then she leans in and talks through the door.

Phyllis: "Hey Daisy, how are the acoustics out there? Pretty crystal clear arent they? Why don't you go away and never come back"

Daisy: "I'm not going anywhere until you hear what I have to say". Phyllis opens the door. Lets her in.

Daisy: "You know alot of people have been comparing me to you from back in the day, and now I know why. You know we're alot alike. And unless you want the dirtiest of your dirt to come out, you are gonna do exactly what I say." Daisy pulls out a piece of paper.

Phyllis: "You have got to be kidding me, many of people have tried to bring me down Daisy"

Daisy: "Oh really, did you try to plow them down with your car, like you did when you tried to kill Paul and Cristine?" By then Daniel is back and he hearing EVERY WORD! Phyllis has a OH CRAP look on her face.

Heather goes to see Ricky at his GCAC room. She tells him to leave her alone and to stop messing with Paul. She gives him back his gift.

Paul calls Christine. He wants more help regarding Ricky.

Michael and Lauren are at the GCAC. He tells her to stay away from Daisy. Stop threatening her. After Michael leaves, Lauren meets with a mysterious guy. He gives her a box. She gives him cash. Inside is a GUN!!!!!!

Monday DOES look good!!! (But why does Vic want to bring down Daisy? He hates Phylis...)

I rather enjoyed the Sharon/Nicki fight today, since it was clearly the worst acting EVER! But the script CRACKED ME UP! Kudos to the writers for having them say a lot of what we have been thinking!

Daisy lays out her evidence that ties Phyllis to Paul and Chris' hit and run. Phyllis denies everything. But just by looking at his mom, Daniel knows something isn't right. When Daisy was finished, she turns to go upstairs to get Lucy. Daniel tries to stop her, but she told him that she didn't want her child around his crazy, psycho mom. She gets Lucy and leaves. Daniel pushes Phyllis to tell him the truth, and she does. She didn't want to kill her, all she wanted to do was scare her. We see the old clip from '94. Phyllis told Daniel that she tried to swerve, but based on the footage we saw, there was NO swerve. She hit both Paul and Cricket head on. Daniel questions Phyllis' story, saying that there was NO evidence of her breaking or swerving. But Phyllis sticks to her story, saying that she didn't mean to hit them. She then lays the guilt trip on Daniel. Reminding him that she stood by him after Cassie's death, he needs to do the same for her.

Paul goes to Heather's and finds out that she gave the music box back to Ricky. He is immediately worried again and tells her to put a restraining order out on him. We then see Ricky. HE BUGGED HER APARTMENT! He overhears Paul telling Heather that he thinks Ricky is crazy.

Lauren closes the box and tells the guy that she can't buy the gun. She gives it back. Neil stops by her table to say "hi". Once he leaves, the mystery guy (Kurt) writes his number on a napkin and tells Lauren to call if she changes her mind.

Tucker is drinking at GloWorm and reading his divorce papers. YoHo joins him. They start to talk. He tells her that he doesn't regret sleeping with her. He even asks her to come home with him! She turns him down. He realizes that she likes Neil, he tells to go for it. Neil comes in and he and YoHo have another chat.

Paul goes to the GCAC and runs into Lauren. They talk about Daisy and Ricky...blah...blah...blah...

Daisy goes to CL. She and Kevin actually bond.

GenV is at CL reading her statement from the GCAC. Her credit cards were all declined and she has to pay in full or leave her suite. She tells Kevin to transfer her funds and close the account. Kevin tells her that her account passwords have been changed, and she no longer have access to her funds! Back at her suite, GenV calls Colin. She tells him that she is forced to sell her jewelry to pay her bills. She's blaming him for stealing her money. CUT TO the hands of a woman opening a safety deposit box. Inside, there's a bunch of passports and alot of foreign cash. We then she her placing American dollars inside the box! A LOT OF MONEY! Later, GenV goes back down to the GCAC dining room. A hotel manager stops her. GenV tries to give him an excuse. But the manager isn't hearing it. He tells her she has 1 hour to come up w/her payment. Tucker is standing near by and hears everything. He tells her that he will help her. But she refuses. She goes to leave and drops her purse. Tucker see's her jewelry that she plans to sell and knows she's in trouble. Tucker then hands his credit card to the hotel manager and tells him to charge everything to his account. He will cover ALL of her expenses from now on.

Paul goes up to see Ricky and he tells him to stay away from his sister.

Meanwhile on the patio back at CL, Kevin is working on GenV's locked account and in walks Heather. They hug and say hello. Inside CL, Fenmore walks in and orders a coffee. Daisy see's him and tries to say hi. He ignores her. She tries to talk to him, but he brushes her off. In walks Lauren, tells Daisy to stay away. Lauren jumps at her and Fen has to pull his mom back. Daisy smiles and tells her to talk to Phyllis. Cause they worked everything out. Once she leaves, Lauren makes the call to buy the gun.

Daniel is at GL and finds out Daisy is working there now. Daniel gets annoyed with her how she tells him all she wants is to be a family and suggest they have a family dinner and perhaps make Lucy a little brother or sister.

Phyllis is sad over the lost of her baby. Nick tries to get her to eat something but Phyllis tells him she doesn’t want anything. They talk about Daisy and Phyllis tells Nick if it wasn’t for Daisy she may still having the baby. Later Daniel comes to see Phyllis and gets upset with her over the fact that now that Daisy knows her secret because of her he may lose Lucy. Nick walks in and flips on Daniel for upsetting Phyllis. (No he doesn’t hear what Daniel says about her hitting Paul and Christine). Keeping her mouth close Phyllis doesn’t tell Nick the real reason Daniel is upset with her.

Chloe and Abby are working on the Gala and find out Angelina canceled.

Neil and Kay talk about what happened between he and Sophia. Kay tells him he’s a good father. They leave to go and help with the Gala

Sharon, Victoria, Neil, Kay and Devon are there but when Sharon tries to help find a new act everyone shoots her down. Later Harmony goes to Tucker and asks him to find an act which he does.
Nikki goes to see Victor and tries to talk to him about being with Sharon but Victor won’t hear of it. They also talk about their children.

Adam and Chelsea are at the GCAC going over some test questions. Later as Chelsea is leaving Sharon comes to see Adam Sharon believes he is faking it with Chelsea. Adam tells her what he feels for Chelsea is real. Sharon doesn't seem to like what she is hearing.

I don't think Phyllis will go down for what she did....like everything else that goes down in this town is they go to jail and are out in a week.....or it will be resolved amount Phyllis,Cricket and Paul.....they will hear what happened and realize that it was an accident.....
