Nick and Phyllis decide to have a last minute no fuss wedding. Nikki is not thrilled that they are getting married so quickly but Nikki has enough going on her own life that she does not make a big deal of it and helps with the preparations. Nick asks Noah to be his best man. Noah is totally on board with the wedding. Nick invites his father but instructs him not to bring Sharon because her presence would upset Phyllis and Victor agrees. Both Nick and Phyllis tell Daniel not to bring Daisy.

Phyllis is getting ready for the wedding in the penthouse when Daisy arrives. She tries to convince Phyllis to let hr come to the wedding. Phyllis refuses and an argument ensues. The confrontation becomes very heated but it doesn't get physical. After Daisy leaves Phyllis doubles over in pain. Phyllis calls out for help. Daisy is outside the door and hears Phyllis' cry for help but ignores the pleas.

When Phyllis does not show up at the wedding Nick goes to the penthouse and finds Phyllis on the floor. Phyllis is rushed to the hospital where she loses the baby. Phyllis blames Daisy for her miscarriage. Nick sends a message to GloWorm where the guests are waiting that the wedding is cancelled and Phyllis lost the baby.

Upon return home Phyllis wonders to Nick if all the misfortunes she has encountered may be retribution for her past mistakes. Nick doesn't understand at this point what Phyllis is talking about and where her concerns are coming from. MS is quoted as saying "Phyllis has some very serious mental issues and I'm really hoping that we delve into them."

Nick tells Victor he does not want him to bring Sharon to the wedding, he agrees. But Sharon crashes the wedding. Nick tells Sharon her presence is not appreciated but she refuses to leave and claims she is Victor date. Victor takes Sharon aside and tells her he is surprised she would attend the wedding against Nick's wishes.

Joshua Morrow was quoted in the article as saying "Sharon is not doing this from a good place......it's just to cause problems and it is not a mature thing to do.......this doesn't cast a very good light on Sharon.....it is a pretty crappy thing to do."

LOL we posted at the same time! I looked her up on imdb but it does not list her as being on Y&R. But if we both though it was her, then it must be (because dang it - we're always right!) There's something off about her - maybe the red hair, or lack of make-up, or the facial tic! Although I'm opposite of you on Gwen, I LOVED her as Gwen, and loved the character too. Let's see what she does with Heather. Unfortunately I've never been a Heather fan, so that alone may spoil it for me.

New Heather looks like Old Heather. Seriously, is this a woman who had flings with Adam, Ronan and Chance? They aged this character BIGTIME!
If she does stay they need to do something about that hair.

I'm curious to get your reactions on watching Phyllis miscarry. I've already seen the scenes, and I have to tell ya, she was over selling it. Reminded me of the scene from Clash from the Titans when Medusa gets her head chopped off.

Oh, and this grandma was doing all of this in a WHITE wedding gown.

Phyllis' miscarriage scene was waaaaaaaayyyyy over the top and totally unrealistic IMO ... I'm sorry, but if she had that much energy to be screaming the way she was, and unless she had lost total consciousness, I can't understand why she couldn't manage to get to one of those phones ... Totally unbelievable scene ...

YES Phyllis acted like a toddler with a stomach ache. Pitiful. The hair color on the nu Heather is awful. Now she tells Paul he's a good dad. Come on to TPTB she won't work and the story line re her either. Who is the "new" Ashley". Betcha it's yet another bomb!!!

The Young And The Restless” actor Max Page (Reed Hellstrom), who was born with a congenital heart defect, will be undergoing another heart surgery in Los Angeles on June 14. Incidentally, Page is the Junior Ambassador of the Children’s Hospital in Los Angeles.
