Did you ever quit a job you hated? You try hard to put up with it and not allow your mind to cross over to the 'I hate this' side. But once you've crossed that line, it's amazing how EVERY little thing gets under your skin and you just can't wait to walk away.

Now that our final charges have been delivered, we're free to walk out the door in the morning and never look back. Every little thing is bothering me. I'm irritated that in the 4 days we've been here, I've not gotten the little soaps and shampoos that you get at a moderate. I'm irritated that the rooms are so small that we can barely get out the door without going single file. :grouphug: I'm irritated with the people on the third floor constantly screaming at the people across the couryard and with the continual stream of children running past our rooms tonight.

Before the kids went to bed, I had asked them to make sure they had all their stuff out of the dressers and packed into the big suitcase in their room. After they go to sleep, I walk into their room to retrieve the suitcase and run smack into Mt. Fruit of the Looms. The kids have indeed removed all of their clothes out of the dresser and placed it into the suitcase in a great big pile. Perhaps it would have been smarter to ask them to FOLD their stuff too?

In order for all this to fit, I'm going to need another suitcase. I unzip the suitcase of yard sale yucky clothes and start throwing stuff away. I filled up both trash cans before I had enough room to pack Mt. FOTL. How did all this fit in the first place? Maybe the Florida air makes clothes grow just like the balmy summer night air back home seems to make my kids grow?

The tennis shoes are on top of the HVAC units and will need to be wrapped in plastic and stuffed into the suitcases in the morning. It's too cold out and I'm too tired to go find the laundry. I really should go to the laundry however when I catch DH stuffing bags of dirty, wet clothes into a suitcase. Let's see, we get home in 4 days and won't be unpacking that for at least a day after that. That's gonna smell nice and fresh.

It's 10:30pm - I turn on the TV (LOUD) to tune out the screamers and runners outside and go to sleep.

We'll be sleeping at the Riverside tomorrow and I can hardly wait.

You really know that you at a Value Resort when the people above and around you are not quite. My husband had not read your earlier posts and he immediatley said, "She must be at AS." Yep, you are right. We have had this happen many times. Can't wait to read the next issue.

Waiting for the next part... hope your trip gets better.
I think you should have been compensated even more. That was NOT enough!!

Ok, good trip report so far. i'm sorry that you had so many troubles and hope that it got better. One question though, I read 5b and here is 5d, is there a 5c that I missed?

I missed 5c as well, anyone know where it is??? I looked as far back as I thought it could be. :confused3

Was there a 5c? I missed it as well. I went from showdown to laundry. Enquiring minds whant to know what was in between.

I'M glad this has happened to someone else for a change

Sad to say, I agree with this poster, seems like WE are always the ones going thru it all as well!
