Yep, we got these exiting Pooh on a one day test trip with our then 2 year old daughter. Must have been a pretty good promotion seeing as they won...13 Disney trips & a DVC contract later.....

Yes, ours still has several of the dream fast passes attached.

We got them as we exited the the library of the Tower of Terror.

Hanging in front of my desk are 2 of them from Animal Kingdom with the tabs you could break off as a fast pass. And they are intact didn't need to use a single one when we went.
