The Strawberries...prepared almost like jam...sweet, gelatinous...the Panna Cotta....silky, creamy....

Should my tongue have been long enough I would have licked that little cup clean, but that just wouldn't be appropriate!

Seriously, before I expound on the beautiful "pre-dessert dessert", let me tell you Rosa Regale is by far one of my favorite sparkling dessert style bubbly....
Beautiful color, smooth, not very dry, but not very sweet....drop a slice of orange in it and you got yourself a festive cocktail!

Oh, Yummy - That combination sounds wonderful. Have to try it. Publix (our supermarket) had a sale on Rosa Regale for $10 a bottle. Yes!! We definitely stocked up.

Knowing you guys, next F&W Festival we will see the newest cocktail. Banfi Rosa Regale with Orange Essence!!

I am so excited that you are posting this review. First of all, Happy Belated Birthday to Mr. Disney!!!!

Second, we are eating at Yachtsman this August after many years absence. The last time was our first anniversary when I was pregnant with our older son (who will be 10.5 when we visit) and I was unable to eat any meat the entire pregnancy (many a woman can sympathize with me). However, at the Yachtsman, I devoured the prime rib and they even brought us a lovely anniversary cake for dessert.

We are now coming back with our 2 boys next trip. Even though we won't have the joy of this special menu, I just know it will be an incredible dinner.

I too wish you would open a "husband school" Kevin. There are many men who could learn from you. So happy to see you both again.

Oh, and BTW, looking at the "jail" pictures from 2005 and 2008...is there a nosering missing? Did you take it out or is it just not visible in that picture?

I'm dying here! Except for the froi gras everything looks incredible. Good thing I didn't let them run wild for our wedding dinner, my Dad would have had a heart attack footing the bill for a meal like that for 11 of us!
