In the thread "WW Lifetimer looking for modivation" there were several people looking to lose 10% either for their first time or as a lifetimer who has lost modivation. If you are working on losing 10% no matter how small or large we would be glad to share support here.
I am the lifetimer who lost modication and 10% will get me back to where I like to weigh....right now I just working to make sure a journal everything everyday.
I hope to see others working on their 10%.

Hi Tandy:wave:

I'm working on my first 10%. I need 26 pounds to get to the 10% goal. Week before last I was at 25 pounds and then last week I had gained 1.75. I am putting this down to a water gain since DH had "helped" me by cooking dinner the day before my WI and he heavily salted everything. So now I am 2.75 away from my 10% goal! I'm hoping that I get there this week!

When you make your 10%, do you then set another 10% goal and continue that way? At what point do you set your "ultimate" goal? I'm still a long way from that one, though!

What I did was loose my first 10% (for me it was 23 lbs) and then I set my goal, but I know of many people who do another 10% and then set their goal so it is all what feels right for you.

I lost my first 10% and now I am working on my second 10%!!! :)

I'm working on my second 10% and I haven't set a fianl goal yet.

I'm working towards my 10% target and my first 10 pound ribbon :teeth:

I would like to be part of this group! I am doing WW on my own and am trying really hard to do everything right to drop the weight. I am journaling, watching my points carefully and exercising. To lose my first 10%, I have to lose 13.5 more pounds (I have already lost 4).

I was having a really hard time losing more than 1/2 pound per week the first couple of weeks but I dropped my points a little and increased my exercise. Last week I lost 2 pounds so I am hoping I am on the right track!

I need to lose 21 lbs to reach 10% goal and have lost 3. Trying not to look how far I need to go, but how far I have come.

Hi 10%ers,

I am one of the people on the board which spawned this new thread.

I successfully met my goal and then lost motivation over time.

Given that experience from the past, I want to remind jenanderson that losing less than 1 pound each week will put you in good stead. If you have any of the materials or do get to go to a meeting, they will explain that such weight loss is healthy, safe, sound and effective. You may not drop the weight all at once, but WW is about lifestyle changes, not just getting quickly to a number. You will drop the weight eventually. Just don't give up.

It's funny to hear me say that since I'm hardly working the program effectively right now.

I lost my 1st 10% (17 pounds). My 2nd 10% is 16%. I have about 11.6 more pounds to get to the 2nd 10%!

I am a lifetimer who has gotten a little off track. :(

I am really ready now to get my act together and lose my 10%. I have 16 pounds to lose to do this.

I know we can all do this together, and I see that many of you are well on your way. Congrats!:teeth:

Overall I have lost my first 10% (22#) since September of last year and I am now 1 pound away from my second 10% (22#). After that I have roughly another 10% (20-24#) to go until I reach my goal.

I have 9 more pounds to go before I reach my "first" 10%. I haven't set my goal weight yet but I think I will once I lose that 1st 10%. Good luck everyone!

Woo Hoo!! I finished my 1st 10% at my Mon. weigh in (26 #). So I set my 2nd 10% goal for 23 #. Can't wait til I get that one done!! Together, we can do anything!!! :bounce: :Pinkbounc
