Congrats to MsLeFever, CookieGVB, and Rajah for making it to the final round of WPASADI2!
Some things just ought to be tradition in WPASADI, and the Final Challenge will be the same as our first Season. There will be TWO changes from the last season, since we heard from a lot of voters on the guilt of choosing something for themselves or giving to charity. This time, there will be NO charity component. Make it a REAL bribe in that respect. Weve also changed the amounts you have to spend on the number of people.
Here then, is how MeanLaureen set it up last May with those two changes added:

You heard me right.. I hope you know how to bribe people.
For your final assignment you have been given TWO million virtual dollars. But you don't get to keep it. You have to use that 2 million dollars to bribe your way to the title.
Your assignment is this:
You are to buy votes. Consider your voting audience to be 150 random DISers. You don't know their age, where they live or if they are male or female. You have TWO million dollars to spend on them to buy their votes. What would you buy? What would you do? How would you make sure that they would choose your "gifts" over the other 2 contestants?
Here are the rules:
*You are "bribing" a base of 150 random DISers. Whatever you buy, you need 150 of them.
*You CANNOT give them cash or the equivalent (checks, gift certificates, etc)
*You must research each purchase you make and catalog how much it will cost - show your work. Put this as a summary at the end of your presentation.
*You may purchase tangible items for them as well as things like vacations but you must be able to provide actual quotes of costs for the details of the vacations (like package deals). You cannot just "estimate" how much you think the hotel may cost or what a cruise would cost. Airfare will not be charged against your budget because you do not have a list of where your "bribes" live . Souvenir money may be given to the lucky 150 if you send them on a trip but it may not total more than $150 per person
*You may use up to 10 images to show everyone what you are offering them for their vote. Please insert the images in your PMs as text so that all I need to do to get them ready is put the IMG brackets around them. Creating websites will not be allowed.
*You will need to submit a separate PM to me with links to the websites or places where you did your cost research so that I can verify that your presentation adds up to no more than 2 million dollars
*You may not go even one CENT over the 2 million dollars and are to come as close to the million dollar total as possible. The closer the better. Double check your math and then double check it again. You don't want to be disqualified for a mathematical mistake.
*If you choose to have some type of event or entertainment, you have to provide me some proof of how much the entertainment cost to "rent". In other words, you can't just say you will have a party and pay Aerosmith $200,000 to perform. I need proof that Aerosmith charges that amount for concerts.
Think long and hard about this. Creativity is the key. Think about what YOU would want if you were one of the lucky DISers you were bribing. Would you want to be showered with gifts or would you want to be able to attend a fantastic party. Think outside the box.
You have one week to complete your presentation. It will be due on Tuesday, October 18 by 7pm EST.
Judging will be based on anonymous poll put out for the DIS to vote on. It will be a public poll with very close scrutiny at any possible vote manipulation. Same rules as the last couple of tribal council polls.
